If 0 zero stars were possible I would
have picked zero. He had my daughters car and still has it for 5 MONTHS He was paid in full by the insurance company months ago and still hasn't finished it. Won't return calls. Don't give your car to him or yo may not get it back.
Next day. Police call him and he says you can pick up the car. Then won't answer the phone again.

Where to start! Tom forgot about our appointment. He had a sign on the door that said they were closed for hunting, but weren't. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor by taking my business. He would not stop flirting and called me every pet name in the book: baby, love, honey, dear, ect. After he told me he had no waiting room, and after I told him my boyfriend was probably already waiting outside to give me a ride home, he said, \\\"I thought you were going to wait in my office with me...\\\" I was getting my car inspected, and I needed to make a second appointment for him to make the necessary repairs. Three days in a row no one answered the phone and the voice mail box was full. He finally called me, but did not know who he was calling. He asked me to drop off my car the day after we received a foot a snow. He made sure to tell me to make sure the roads were safe though - real nice guy. His parking lot was not plowed! There was a whole foot of snow a complete day after it snowed. I was lucky to get my car onto his property at all. My car was supposed to be done by the afternoon of the next day, but of course it wasn't. At first when I called, after noon, he says they test drove my car before they started working on it. Why?? He already inspected it and knew what he wanted to fix... He asked if I ever drive over 60 mph and said my car was shaking violently. I insisted that was crazy, how there is nothing otherwise wrong w my car, and he confessed there could have just been snow caught in the tires. Yeah, bc you didn't plow!? So I finally call again after 7 p.m. and he says my car is ready, that he would have called sooner, but other people were also picking up their cars and everyone kept talking. Really? So I go to pay the man and get my car... he has friends sitting around his office, male and female - It's 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night. He has to talk over them... another female friend arrives. A male friend stands to hug her, completely blocking my way to trade money for keys with Tom. Tom was even annoyed. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Hands down, the best garage! Tom is great at what he does, super friendly, great prices and quality work! Been going here for about 5 years now, I've always had sports cars and I have never once been disappointed! This is honestly the ONLY garage i'll take my cars to!

Made appointment three weeks prior for an alignment job. Dropped of vehicle but due to the owner taking the day off no work was done. A simple phone call to cancel the appointment could have saved me a long wasted trip and my time. Never again!
