Rick is the WORST customer service representative I’ve ever encountered. Not only did he not give me all the info I needed, he called me a liar straight to my face. I don’t know who this clown is, but he needs to be fired immediately.

Terrible place orwigsburg took there because a metal piece was in tire . I was at place at Fairlane Mall they seen the object but didn't have time to fix i guess the piece wasn't through tire but they charged me any way and said the bead was leaking I wasn't loosing air I thought metal piece was through tire

They always treat me well. They checked the air filters and let me know about replacing them as they were very dirty.

There was no rush going on at all to get my car in for service. As a matter of fact, more than half the workers were just chilling out in the customer waiting area eating and talking. Took an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.

I recently had some mishaps at CJ’s. I contacted the corporate office. And the person that I was put in touch with Sean. He took my complaint and turned it into a positive. He made right what was wrong. Thank you Sean. As for the workers at Orwigsburg Pa CJs were kind. Rick was very instrumental in helping with my car. As well as telling me what to expect with things he found that need fixing. A BIG THANK YOU to everyone. I can bring my car to CJ’s now to be inspected. Thanks so much for taking good care of customers Sean. I’ll contact CJ’s .com and let them know a job well done. ?? ????

Professional and friendly staff. Had zero issues and they handled what I needed. Saved me money by informing me one of the services I was looking at was not necessary. They easily could have pulled one over on me and cost me a few hundred more that was not needed but they didn't. I greatly appreciate the honesty and solid customer service.
