and driven to the location to pickup items in person. Tom and his Staff are always very professional, polite and happy to help.
I've gotten some great deals! I look forward to future auctions.

I have been consigning jewelry with Tom Hall Auctions for the past two years and couldn't be more pleased. I am always welcomed with a friendly and helpful staff and Catherine will always go above and beyond to help you with the items you want to sell.
The representation of my jewelry is always fantastic with great, accurate descriptions and amazing pictures. The person that lists the jewelry auctions is an expert in the field of jewelry and you are always treated respectfully and attentively while going over your items. Any questions or concerns are always addressed courteously and promptly.
Of course, what matters most is price. I am always very happy and satisfied with the realized prices. Tom Hall has a large, jewelry customer base, which is very reassuring in knowing you will get a good price for your items. Plus, it is a lot of fun watching your jewelry sell.
Therefore, I highly recommend consigning your jewelry or other items you want to sell to Tom Hall Auctions. The customer service is great, and your items are sold with the backup of knowledge and professionalism which gives you a rewarding end result. What more could I ask for? I seldom leave reviews and usually only do so when something has gone terribly wrong or better than expected. My experience with Tom Hall Auctions is probably the best I've ever had with an auction house and I want to thank them for making bidding enjoyable again. Everything went smooth as silk and they were responsive when I had questions. If I could give them six stars I would... tks again.

Tom Hall Auctions has handled 3 auctions for us so far and all have gone smoothly and efficiently, from the initial cataloging of household items to the final pick-up of goods sold. It was a pleasure to deal with their staff. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. I highly recommend them.

Shipping is outrageous.
Edit for context: Won an auction for 4 comic books. They charged $13.93 for shipping and they sent it MEDIA RATE! Media Rate would be less than $5 (I know from experience). They could have even sent it in a USPS Flat Rate envelope for $8.50.

After buying from auction houses worldwide for more years than I care to remember , Tom Hall is the best by far . I am in the UK and my purchase from them was absolutely perfect from the condition report , bidding and receiving my item . So easy , very reasonable delivery costs . Bid with confidence everyone .

I feel their service is exceptional. Despite my low score on High bid, after calling them and explaining the situation they were willing to accept my bids. I feel their items are accurately described and well worded. I also feel they're shipping cost is reasonable, quick and items are well packaged. I look forward to bidding on more items!

I had a wonderful experience working with Tom Hall. I partnered with them to handle the liquidation of my parent’s personal property and household items once they moved to assisted living. It was a massive amount of inventory that accumulated over almost 50 years.
Their team knows how to identify, move quickly, and get the job done. They are professional, helpful, and understanding. The online bidding process was fascinating to watch and one of the most efficient ways sell a vast amount of inventory and get a fair price.
It was an absolute pleasure working with them and I am very happy with the outcome.

What an excellent experience whenever I go to pick up an item. The staff is always friendly, helpful and happy! They look like they enjoy their jobs and are eager to lend a hand and ALWAYS have a smile to share. Great atmosphere all around and great deals too!
