This place is down right shiesty the worst place to go to in all of berks county. They had replaced 4 tires of mine and 3 out of the 4 tires were old when in my receipt it says (NEW TIRES). I called them back for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. My sister had went unknowingly after me and they had upcharged her because she’s a female. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM I WOULDNT GO IF I WERE YOU.

As a car enthusiast why does nearly all my own work…. I was sitting waiting to have tires I procured myself installed. I can tell you this is the most honest tire shop I have ever been to. There is zero upselling going on. Actually quite the opposite. If you are uneducated consumer looking for car work and tires this is the place to go. Eric the owner is patient and accommodating to all customers and his crew is as well these guys are a ten star operation.

Sweet place, car handles much better after alignment front n back, . Out in country land. President Trump held rally near here. the trexler nature reserve is close also and beautiful. Thanks u guys.

Stew’s Tire is an upstanding business. Their tow truck responded to a disabled vehicle across the street from my house and inadvertently their driver put a small rut in my lawn. I called and explained the situation and they apologized and promised to take care of it. I was skeptical to say the least, but not two hours later, I get a picture via text message of my lawn with the rut filled, seeded and straw laid to protect it. I was shocked at their willingness to immediately resolve the complaint. Outstanding customer service. This would tell me everything I need to know about a business to patron them in the future. Thanks again!!
