Don't ever purchase stuff here if they're going to lie and treat their customers like this I want to buy a radio off of marketplace off of them and then when I get there they told me a price and then they try changing the price to make it higher drove there and wasted my time just trying to get more money off of me and I'm disabled this is the picture of the guy do not deal with him on marketplace. And don't go to the shop to buy you stuff unless you see it working cuz I was buying it as is and they still wouldn't give it to me for the price they promised they tried hiring it yes I'm upset they wasted my time

This is a terrible place. I've rarely been to a business that treats a first time customer with such professional dishonesty.
I suggest you lawyer-up before you transact with them in any way.
I purchased a vehicle from Damon, Jazzy's on-site representative, on Saturday 6th July 2024 based off his misleading statements. A lot of information was knowingly withheld and concealed to make this sale - in hindsight, 'bait and switch' tactics were used to get a vehicle off their hands that they knew was run down and could not be salvaged.
My mechanic has spent the past few days finding issues on a daily basis - unroadworthy, broken down in everyway and cannot be salvaged ; also, the NJ DMV cannot issue a title in my name because the vehicle still has a lien holder - something they didn't highlight before, during or after the sale.
Terrible for a vehicle which was deceptively pitched as running and looking great with only a few, basic repairs needed.
Beware of Jazzy's - they look and sound professional, but are subtle scammers!

I Bought some bed rail covers from them they weren’t the correct size so I reach back out and they said they would work with me and get me the correct ones, and never did an stopped contact, very displeased won’t be going there again

I bought amplifier for $150 from this shop and I ask them if is work and the answer was yes I drove 2 hours and amplifier was damaged and they don't want to refund bad store peoples don't go there

I have a 2012 outback that had a rattle noise. They put it on the lift and drilled hole in exhaust cover. Installed a screw. Problem

I went here and spent a pretty penny on parts for my car. Some of the parts were good the other parts they sold me which it was headlights. They had nothing inside. They sold me the case of the headlight for almost regular price. Not happy with that.

Brought car in they had it for a month with no communication on what was happening. Received car back after a month and now it's worse then when it went in and they expect more now to fix the problem that wasn't there when it was brought. Took it to other shops and they stated that it was not put back together correctly. Will not be doing business with them ever again. Nto a very positive experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely amazing company as an automatic myself hard to find time to make it to a junk yard myself. They make it so much easier for the customer and they are super affordable especially for them pulling the parts themselves. It was a smooth and easy transaction and reply back fast with any questions you may have. 100% recommend

I highly recommend Jazzy Automotive for anyone in the Lehigh Valley that needs their vehicle repaired. My girlfriends car lost power steering the day before July 4th. All the shops we called were already closed due to the holiday. Luckily, Jazzy was still open. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, give me a fair estimate on cost and time needed, and the manager even offered me a ride back to where I needed to go since I had to leave the car their. They were then able to finish the work right in time and at a very fair cost. I can’t say enough about these guys. They have a great team with great people there.
