The facility offers a very convenient move-in experience with clean, well-maintained units where doors slide open easily. The office is friendly, very flexible, and always available. Staff are helpful, efficient, professional, and reasonable. While the facility is very clean and somewhat priced, some note that contract fees for the rental agreement should not be charged, recommending people find a place that doesn't charge such fees. Overall, it is highly recommended for storing anything from a few boxes to a complete home.

No damage to anything stored inside our unit, however we did find mouse droppings on some furniture. Would highly recommend this place.

Very convenient move in experience, storages were very clean, well maintained, doors slide open without struggling, office is friendly and very flexible

Excellent experience at the Schnecksville Pa location. Manager is pleasant and always helpful.
