“I recently purchased a vehicle from Amey's Garage in early August. The process was seamless and I was in and out, including test drive in under 2 hours. My trade in process was smooth as well. Amey's 1 month / 1000 mile is fantastic. Unfortunately, I experienced some unforeseen issues just a couple days into ownership, Jeremy & Jason were able to walk me threw the repair process and covered the necessary repairs to get back on the road. Traveling from a from a few hours away to purchase a vehicle can be nerve- wrenching and then to experience unforeseen issues a few days can be shattering. “Everyone I dealt with was very polite. However, I was told my car would be a same day repair and that is the only reason I said I didn’t need a rental. When I called them at 3:05 to see if I could come get it, it wasn’t even started yet and was told it wouldn’t be until the next day and would be ready after 4. I also didn’t get updates unless I myself called. I’m a single mom, so it was a little hard to get around without my car for 2 days. When my car was ready, it wasn’t even done right. They still left scratches and scuffs in the two major places that I was there to fix. But they were very prompt in touching it up when I pointed it. Overall I am satisfied. But communication could be better.”

I was notified every step the way and was sent pics to see the transformation of would become a Masterpiece. All the swirls, scratches, and imperfections were gone! To add to the extensive Customer Care and Service I had a 2 week follow up to make sure everything was as promised. The drop off and pick up all happened in the same day. Once again, I was blown away by the stellar performance and info provided to me on each question I had. These guys are truly a master at their craft and are worth every 5 star review they get.”
