βI love this branch! I have been using M&T Bank for the past nine years and they are always entirely accommodating (I haven't lived in the US for the past four years and they still help ensure that I have everything I need), friendly, and professional! I love being recognised when I call them up to ask questions about my account, even though I haven't stepped foot in a physical location for about five years. Not planning on changing my bank ever!β

βI don't do many reviews but this one needs to be written! This bank is TOP OF THE LINE! If you have not met Amy or any of her staff I encourage you to stop in...I have been nothing but impressed with the kind, friendly people here and they will do just about anything to help you! Being a mother of 3 it is not easy making appointments work and they are always willing to try their best to work with my schedule. Even though we live in Bedford I take every opportunity I get to stop at this bank just simply for the service! Thank-you in advance and keep up the great work!β
