This store is the worst and they know it, but don't really care. We used the Walmart delivery system and pay monthly for it. The last 2 experiences have been nightmares. I place an order for delivery between 1-2 pm (which their site states is the best slot because it's less busy). Our order arrived at 3:15 pm and to top all that off all the frozen food in the order had fully thawed out. The manager I talked to told me to bring it all back and they would replace it-- which completely cancels out the fact we paid to have the food delivered.

Absolutely the worst customer care. Since the pandemic restrictions this store has been double dipping on saving our planet. It first started by selling recycling bags. But when you try to use them, the check out person will not pack them. Instead they want to pack you purchase in low quality paper bag and charge you. So as a senior citizen I am expected to pack in a space that is not user friendly. Ashamed on this store.

Won't honor online prices then when we decided to buy it anyway the manager and cashier walked away and left us so we had to go find another open register to cash out. Corporate should pay a visit to this store. Being dirty is the least of their worries.

Okay love this Walmart. It's my home town Walmart but it's also pa so better prices and right now they are having a blow out $1 sale. I'm now living in Owego so I could chose to go to Vestal but always chose sayre. But today an older lady check out lady stopped us because of having so many bags but only coming to $24 but in actuality cash wise only spent $14. Fs was involved but she like cornered us like we were trying to steal like everything we got should had cost more. I'm sorry I may look young but im not dumb ik when there are sales I'm gunna buy the sales before buying the more expensive stuff. I think this employee needs to be talked to for labeling and to be honest dealt with because there are sales going on and she could chase other people away with her behavior. I'm not going to personally stop because of one person because I also have family that works there. But someone else may get off put going there if they have someone cornering and accusing and labeling. Ik the older gentleman I was with was very mad about it because he was on a schedule and it wasn't right also took 6 extra minutes of his life away be could had been doing something more important before he has to go into work.

This is the best Walmart ever! Every time I'm in Sayre (to visit my family), I go to this Walmart. Multiple times. Every time I find something great!

Have been here many times and it's the same every time. Employees always hard to find or don't have a clue. This is what $15 an hour will get you - no motivation at all. You just have to wander around, look for yourself, figure it out and hopefully they will have more than one cashier open. I actually hate to go here but since the gas boom, the prices at the supermarkets are thru the roof. The boom has left but the high prices stay. Generally it's an Ok store, just make sure you get in and get out before it sucks you in to buying stuff you can't afford and do not need.

I'm not that happiest with this store service deli. I don't care for the slow guest service. If the deli opens at 7am then please have the slicers ready togo. I walked in 15 minutes past 7am and the associate in the deli told me she couldn't help me for at least another 10 to 15 minutes, slicer's were not put together? I walked away but not before asking her what time the deli opened. She said 7am. Then I suggested to her that she should have her slicers ready by 7am. She couldnt give two shits about missing a $15-$18 dollars sale. I need a pound of Genoa salami, a pound of the honey turkey, and 3/4 of a pound of Swiss. I went to Tops up the street. They're deli was open and they didn't miss the opportunity to make a sale. So Walmart fresh managers take note. You're MISSING sales because you can't seem to get your associates to work or even care to understand what a missed sales cost them. I'll bet my two hands that associate was in before 7AM. She was to slow and lazy to care. They all seem to stand around and let us all hear about their personal lives. I just want to get in there and get out. It's not a great place to be. Just saying.

Tons of workers but none of them have any idea what they are doing. I usually just ask another customer to help me if I have a question. It's also the only place in the valley where the chip readers for card payments never go through on the first try. Usually, I have to insert my chip at least 5 times, then swipe a couple times, then do the hokey pokey and then maybe it'll work.

I waited approx. 45 minutes to get a fishing license as no one was in Sporting Goods and no one seemed to know where the guy was that was supposed to be there. Finally, a guy printed out my license and took it up to the cashier. They had no idea where the numbers were that were supposed to be up there to enter for my fishing license. I specifically drove to Walmart rather than Kmart for this very reason. Kmart employees usually are no where to be found and when found, they usually don't know what to do. Same seems to go for Walmart now! At this same Walmart I left my shopping cart to walk down an isle. I ran in to a friend and talked to her for like 10 minutes. Went back for my cart and it was gone! Looked all over as I had spent probably 40 minutes shopping already and was about done! I had to go back and get another cart and start all over! Then as I was leaving, I saw my first cart sitting up front by a register!

Pleasant Walmart like any other walmart, and a nice touch of subway for hungry customers. Currently remodeling into a super walmart so the parking lot is a disaster

This Walmart is not the best i've ever shopped in, but it isn't the worst, also. Pro's: Easy to navigate, Larger selection of items, Decent prices. Con's: There are hardly ever more than 1 register open at a time. It could take 1 hour of standing in line, to purchase an item. Sale's associates are very hard to find. The displays rarely have the correct prices, or it's a chaos trying to find something that is suppose to be in that particular area.
