My son and I went into the Sayre, PA store last week to get a new phone & were helped by Nick (I hope I remembered the name right!). I cannot say enough good things about this man. He was extremely helpful with the new phone and transfer of everything. After that, he then went above and beyond by going through my account and looking for ways to reduce my bill without me even asking! He found several items on there that I didn’t need and changed me to newer plans that were less expensive. Nick knows his stuff, cares about his customers, goes the extra mile and is just a gem! I am very thankful he was there that day. Because of him, I will now not go anywhere else as long as he is working there!
