We had our mail held for eight days while on vacation. We've been home for four days and they cannot find our mail. The postmaster is extremely rude and unprofessional. We have proof that we have at least one piece of important mail sitting in a pile "somewhere." We get several pieces of mail delivered daily to our home so we're sure there's a lost pile. We're infuriated and are going higher.

Whats the point of having a handicap ramp that has NO handicap door buttons?? This building is completely inaccessable to disabled and strollers for children!!

Maybe you should hire better drivers. One of your Sunday drivers cut me off real close on Peach St/Church St just a few minutes ago. Pretty sure my breaks are ruined or close it now. Guy didn't even acknowledge our close call even after the constant blaring of my horn and kept on driving.

incompetent post office.No organization what so ever! been waiting on the same mail for 3 weeks now going from sayre to sayre! Seriously! maybe they do not value their jobs? It is not covid that is an excuse.For those of you who don"t know there is a new US postal post master who took over in june and they have been screwing up all across the United States.Look it up and you will see all the complaints,not just local but across the US.

Lost 3 packages in the last 3 weeks for over $400 in purchases that are lost and can't be replaced. Keeps showing delivered to my house. Even waited for delivery, mail man stopped put mail in box. No packages. Didn't leave any at the house still shows he delivered it to me.

I've never dealt with a more incompetent post office before. In the last 3 months I've had 3 packages come up missing upon delivery notification. One I found sitting in front of the neighbor's door. Almost daily we get mail for suite 2 instead of apt 2 which is a business front up the street. I'm sick and tired of delivering it to that business when I'm not employed by the post office... right now i have a package i need to go pick up because the delivery person was too lazy to bring to my door on a day I was home all day long not once but twice and I want left a notice until a week later that started there was no access which is a complete lie because it's an apartment building. This post office needs to get is act together.
