“The men and women at the Sayre Post Office have delivered my mail for 55+ years. Have there been errors/mistakes? Yes- we are all human. However, they have also at times gone above and beyond to solve a problem, find a package, look up a tracking number. I depend on these wonderful people and I am grateful for them. I know for a fact that our delivery man keeps his eye open checking on the elderly in our neighborhood. That’s 5 star service.”
“I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name, but he rocks! My husband and I needed to mail Christmas gifts and some other correspondence. He was so helpful and kind. We had been having a tough day, and honestly, his cheerful personality made our day better. Thank you”
“There is an amazing team at this Marina Del Ray store. I have been using FedEx for over 35 years in four different states. The service I received here from Luis and Sam in particular was outstanding. I wanted to print Christmas cards that my granddaughter created, pay for those, and then realized I forgot to get envelopes. Luis reminded me that I needed envelopes so I wouldn't have to make a second trip. He printed one, so we could check to make sure it's exactly how I wanted it to look then he printed the rest. He spoke to his team members respectfully, and answered their questions as needed, and still paid attention to my order to perfection. Fedex has a great employee in Luis and I would expect to see him become a district one day. It was my first time in the store, and it certainly will not be my last. Sam was very gracious and started my order and then there was something he needed to do for another customer, so Luis picked it up for me. Please congratulate them on a job well done and let them know how spectacular they are as a team at that office. Thank you”
“I went in with a large package to return to Amazon and was a bit concerned about the process. The gentleman who helped me made this experience a non issue by taking the package immediately and assuring me I was all set. Printed me a receipt and I was on my way in literally 3 minutes.”
