Lumber Dept needed help, and spent 20 minutes trying to find a tailgate height flatbed cart. Lots of these carts in the back of the store abandoned with product on them.

Very confusing with the unexpected pick up lockers and new pick up window. It would have been less time to get the item and checkout myself.
