Anyone who is looking to buy a car from Ferrario Nissan please beware. I had a great experience purchasing my 2022 Nissan Sentra. However, they do not stand behind what they sell. The seams on my driver's seat are coming apart, clearly just from my back rubbing against the seat. You can see the foam coming through and it will keep getting worse as the seams continue to come apart. No damage was done to it, it was not cut or ripped. This is not normal wear and tear on a 2-year-old car with 25,000 miles on it.
I called and asked about it and they told me to bring it in and they will file a warranty claim with Nissan. Then, they called and told me they tried really hard to get it covered, but Nissan wouldn't do it.
After getting this information I called Nissan to complain and they told me no claim was ever filed. After about two weeks of back and forth with them, I was informed that a claim was finally filed, but it was denied due to "outside influence".
Don't get me wrong, a seat is not that big of a deal, but when I buy a brand-new car, with a warranty, I expect to have a seat that is not going to fall apart due to simply sitting in that seat.
If you are considering car shopping in the future, I would steer clear of Ferrario and head to Simmons Rockwell. When I purchased our USED Pathfinder from them, the backup camera went bad and they replaced it, no questions asked. Stick with Simmons Rockwell if you want good service!
When I posted this review of them, they untagged themselves and made it so that I am unable to leave a review for them, this explains how they have 100% positive feedback on Facebook despite my review and those of many others with negative experiences.

Branden and Cameron were great to work with. They asked the right questions to get the right Jeep for me. Branden had the paperwork ready to sign when we got there and it didn’t take long at all. Cameron explained all the neat features of the Jeep and how to navigate the screen. Thank you for your help and knowledge!

This is solely due to the worker known as Cameron. Man was on top of everything! Helped me find Insurance that was within my price range, fixed it up, even got it cleaned! Thing smells like flowers! I love it!! Dude gets a 10/10 in my book. Highly recommend him.

Big shout out to Pete and Brandon for making the purchase of my Wrangler so easy! They really went above and beyond to meet the needs of my schedule. I stopped in before work to start the buying process. I was running out of time and without hesitation they offered to stay after hours so I could come back after my shift and finish things up and take my new jeep home. When I arrived they had the papework ready to be signed and the Jeep all ready to go (the red bow was a nice touch ?). Even after hours I never felt rushed. You took your time going over paperwork and the vehicle itself. You two are amazing!
