The willawanna dandi I went in about 2:20 in morning to get some subway for me my son and the lady was so rude she acted like she didn’t even want to work and make my sub she made me a sub but when it came time to order my sons she refused to make me another one so I’m mad I will not be spending money at the wilawana dandy again until they replace her with someone that wants to make my sub without giving the customer any shit also she said they were out of meatball subs so she was lazy to make some meat balls to the sunway really needed restocking since they couldn’t make me a meatball sub

I frequent this place for strictly big truck diesel pumps. Inside the customer service is a absolute joke! Cashiers are slower then molasses on a 2 degree day with piss poor attitudes. When asked if they can make a breakfast sandwich they say "what's available is in heat case". Which is hours old. When asked if they can make you a specific breakfast sandwich they reply "i can't do that right now". When 2 seconds earlier they were wiping down a counter while the other slow poke tended to a line of 8 people. Literally makes dollar general cashiers look like speed demons. This is a direct reflection of a poor store manager!

They've been out of ink on their fax for more than a week now, the cashier was nice but when the manager overheard the conversation she was very rude and aggressive. If you can't keep the fax updated properly, then why even have the fax?

Deborah, a worker, was just incredibly rude in an aggressive way. I had a pricing question. The cashier answered it nicely. Then she came over with a raised voice. And continued to berate me in front of other customers. Spending over $200 to get yelled at doesn't make me want to come here again.

Came in earlier this week for subway and the employee didn’t speak one word while he took our order. Found out he had a mouth infection and his manger denied his time off (should be able to have a sick day for a mouth infection) Tried it again tonight and there was attitude from the employees on top of waiting 6 minutes to be checked out as the employees are standing around the office talking. Won’t be returning food is horrible.

If Randy Williams is gonna hold a monopoly to the Valley's throat, he needs to have higher standards for his places of establishment. I'm tired of being cashed out by people who don't cover their mouth when they cough, not using gloves when I buy pizza (that's either rock solid, or soggy soft). Even though I'm the only person in the dandy at times they still make me wait 15+ mins on a 30min lunch for something as stupid not knowing whether mustard or mayo goes on a sandwich. Sheetz needs to move up to the valley already. Randy Williams must be letting his standards drop dramatically because the quality and consistency of this Dandy alone shows that, and if he actually cared about his business he'd focus on that. But instead he's scared to let other businesses into the valley. Be better or step aside.
