The LOCAL store and its staff are fine, and are not the problem! The way the corporate system sets up the enforced ways of communicating with customers around prescriptions is a serious problem. It is impossible to speak to a store employee without driving to the store. The communication system on prescription refills, alerts on pick-up and refill information has not worked properly in many months and store staff cannot do anything about it! The staff are friendly an helpful, but they have no control over the pharmacy communication system. It is beyond annoying at this point

I have asked twice at store to have my prescriptions with a cap that is not child proof. I can't open the bottles with a child proof cap. Most recent request was made yesterday and today my prescription had a child proof cap.

The people that work in this store are so kind♥️♥️♥️♥️. I shop all the time here. If I don't know were something is they are so kind to walk me to were it is.♥️♥️?? love this store♥️♥️♥️♥️????

Last month I spent eight days trying to track down my medication prescription through their automated phone system in which it kept telling me that doctor never sent it in. Finally on the 8th I found out it was filled out since the first, in this was for a pain medication for painful back injury now this month I want to fill it up on the first that way I've got a couple days extra in case I run into problems in the future, but I was told since I did not bother to pick it up until the 8th they cannot fill it until the 8th. I was told if I don't like the way their system runs shop somewhere else , when I asked to talk to the store manager I was laughed at by the employees at the front. I was laughed at for saying I was going to post the review.

May 9, 2023- Pharmacist Alicia Edsall should be fired. She is very incompetent, rude and obnoxious. My friend went in to pick up my son’s prescription and she had the name and date of birth. The prescription given was for a different patient. I went back into the pharmacy and told Alicia that she was given the wrong prescription. Alicia rolled her eyes, yelled at me stating, “She didn’t have the name and date of birth. We were trying to help.” First, how is this help when a PHARMACIST gives the wrong prescription with the wrong name to a different person and claims it was “help”. Alicia was very rude, kept repeating that my friend didn’t know the name and date of birth. So she found it “help” to give a prescription with the name Oya Osborn to me instead. Alicia has been a pharmacist for 6 years at this location, yet, she apparently does not know customer service, patient checks to ensure right patient and DOB. She is incompetent and must be terminated. CVS Corporate has been notified.

The pharmacy window partners today are very rude and sarcastic….thinking may switch our family pharmacy. This is not the first time of being “under treated”…..what has happened?!?!

This pharmacy with out a doubt has the rudest people working behind those counters!! I feel like I’ve lost brain cells after asking for an explanation regarding an issue! They never have a clear answer! Most mistakes are on their part ( due to not pushing a button or the right button on a computer) is the difference between a 200$ med to a 60$ med! I’ve been going there over 15 years but it’s time for me to switch!

The pharmacy staff is amazing. All questions are thoroughly explained and any problems with doctor prescriptions or insurance are promptly handled. They will do their best to get you your best value. I love coming to this pharmacy and saying hi to the wonderful staff.
