“This place and the people are fantastic. After completing an appointment at the nearby Guthrie Clinic came out to my vehicle to find that I had a serious problem with my rear brakes. I drove to their shop and they IMMEDIATELY diagnosed the issue and got the parts delivered on site to complete the repairs. No hesitation on their part to look at the vehicle much less to offer to get it fixed. I have not mentioned that I was accompanied by a young child and infant and they made us very comfortable while waiting.”

“Do not trust the service department!!! Had an agreement with Mark the old service manager. He got let go so after buying a $50,000 car I had to pay another $260 to get cruise control fixed . This is no longer our hometown dealership. After Tony got his promotion the place went downhill. But lesson learned Williams service word is no longer good and I will no longer be a customer or support the service department any longer from my personal or my business vehicles this is the last money they will ever get from me. I will drive 45 min to get my stuff worked on or parts for my things. Was a customer for over 10 pluse years good job Williams service you guys are officially a joke.”
“The employees at this Mr Tire went above and beyond. We were on a limited time schedule they did a great job,getting us in and out as quickly as they good . They were very pleasant and we live in NY but was at the local hospital for Drs appointment. I'd drive back there again for service . We have two Mr Tire closer to where we live, but these guys had great customer service. That's very important not me..”
“This has become my go-to local shop. They are a no nonsense, straight forward shop. They have always taken great care of me and charge a very reasonable price. Recently I went it for what I thought was a nail in my tire but turned out to be a cracked rim. They got the rim repaired and me back on the road very quickly. Highly recommend!”
