The women who answered the phone was NASTY and not helpful at all. I had a delicate package “undelivered “ yesterday because of 1 number wrong in my address… I was trying to find out if it was still there as soon as they opened and was told it was sent back already! I was told “the carriers don’t know everyone!” Meanwhile I had my daughter go just in case and luckily it was still there! Thank goodness we were able to save it BUT the customer service is horrible and so disrespectful.

Posted hours for Saturday says open til 12. Walked in at 11:42 counter service door is locked. A few customers in line inside. I guess they don't care if you get there before they close and they will only take customers that can be physically seen at the counter before the click strikes the hour. Then again, does it take 10 mins per customer? Since w 2 people inside in line, they must think it will take that long for each customer

Delivery often late..out for delivery and doesn’t get delivered until a day or two later. Not to much care in how larger items are crammed into the mailbox damaging and crushing packages and items

The workers in the post office are helpful and pleasant. Our mail carrier is friendly and polite. They all go above and beyond to help us with any issues that arise. Thank you for the great service.?

Trash post office won't deliver my COVID tests when I probably have COVID and can't go to the post office to pick them up. I requested a redelivery and it said the address I entered didn't match, but I can confirm from my original shipping email that it does. My tests were supposed to be delivered between 10-2 today and were immediately changed to "available for pickup" at 10AM instead of even trying to deliver them. My husband tested positive for COVID, so I ordered more as soon as I started having symptoms. The post office is risking me getting everyone sick by not even attempting to deliver my COVID tests and making me go in there to pick them up

Apparently no one works here because you could stand there for 10 minutes say hello is anyone there hello and people just walk right past you and not assist you terrible customer service terrible place I will never be back here. I will drive out of town to go to a post office, so I never have to come back here.

I don’t know what these poor reviews are talking about! Every experience I have at the post office is great and the staff is extremely helpful. I am frequently mailing out and receiving packages and each time it is a lovely experience.

Mail is always late. Maybe one nice person works there. That's helpful. And forget it if you ask if your package is in the back. She will look around the corner for a second and say "nope".

Lazy, ignorant, dishonest, and stupid. They don't deliver my registered letters and have gone as far as lying to my employer to get out of doing so. When I called regarding a package they were supposed to deliver, I was told they would not deliver it because "It's not our job.". The carrier constantly delivers mail to the wrong addresses. If you dare complain to the staff at the post office, they berate you. Today I was told if I didn't like their policies I shouldn't have a mailbox. Absolutely awful.

Waited from 11am until 3:15 pm. My package Time period to get a e mail no one was home when I took off work.. never left a yellow ticket saying my package at the facility upon customer request at closing hrs ..
