Staff is so friendly, the know-your-first-name types. They are always quick to answer questions, help with a selection or even to grab the laptop and look something up for me. You don't find that everywhere. They have also went out of their way to prevent me from making a "mistake/regret purchase" on a few things..suggesting things that would better suit my needs even if it was at a lower price point. Those are the things that keep making me want to go back! They have a fun selection of all kinds of things and a Facebook page if you want more of an idea of wares. Not the best well-stocked shop but they are always happy to get anything new in that you want to try.

i’ve loved this store for years, and the people are always very kind and helpful and nice to be around, but yesterday i bought a banger with the two perk balls and the little quartz (or what i’m pretty sure is suppose to be quartz) ball inside and they broke the second time i heated it. so i went back and they exchanged those broken balls, they rewrapped the bucket in bubble wrap and put it back into the bag and i put it in my empty cup holder in my car, so nothing in sight to bump it or anything, and when i get home and pull it out the base piece of it was SHATTERED off.. i’ve never had such an issue like this, especially not with a $40 banger. i love this stores environment but their glass is super cheap and fragile, like falls apart in your hand fragile. they definitely need to take quality into consideration when they’re buying products for their store.

Sometimes i'll drive over an hour to get to the smoke shoppe. not because there is no other tobacco shops closer but because the smoke shoppe in saxonburg has legendary customer service and a consistently better quality products than the other guys. real vapes, real kratom, real great place. ?

Great place to find just the right smoke for you. They take the time to make sure you get the just right purchase. Selling cigars and roll your own cigarettes. Good place to find gifts for the smoker in your life.
