The staff is always friendly and go out of their way to assist you in any way possible. Only downside was Stacey wasn't there to say hi since she was on vacation. ?

Dr. Amy Peterson is such a a knowledgeable and caring doctor. I have many issues with my eyes and I have great confidence in her care. I would recommend Saxonburg Family Eyecare to anyone. Her staff is top notch also.

no longer a fan... the doc was nice, and i never had an issue with anyone in the office, but the office manager is something else... she incorrectly billed my insurance and refused to fix it, or even hear what the insurance was saying as to why it was mis billed. she just kept telling me its, right i have been doing this a while now. this was a procedure i would routinely need to have and if it was going to be mis billed every time, i told her i can have that and would need to look for another provider. she told me yep, i think you should find another provider. so i did. too bad, not worth the hassle.

Always a p,pleasant experience. Dr. Amy is warm & wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. The staff is also warm and welcoming, very efficient, helpful and wonderfully pleasant to work with!.

I am very happy with my experience at Saxonburg Eye Care. The office is very clean and organized and the staff is very professional and helpful. Dr. Amy Peterson exceeded all of my expectations and was very knowledgeable in regards to the information I needed in regards to my vision.
