“Wonderful and cute small town pharmacy! The owner, Kaitlyn, and all of the employees are all extremely helpful and very friendly! They always have what I need, and if by chance they would happen to be out, they would have it ordered ASAP! They even have a counter where you can sit and have coffee and milkshakes! Plus, they also always carry the cutest seasonal and home decor as well as a nice array of other items! They also support other local small businesses and crafters which I really love! They have been my pharmacy for my entire life and I absolutely plan to keep it that way!”

Luckily the number of good staff members outnumber the few bad ones.The phone system is a nightmare if you actually want to speak to a live person but that seems to be an issue everywhere.Wait times are reasonable most of the time and they rarely don't have a medication in stock.”

The people who work there have more important things to do than snatch up the baskets, complain about the thieves in the area who keep stealing them for literally no reason.... The people who work there are constantly dealing with rude, miserable customers who get off on making other people miserable!”

“I cant say enough good about the service I get in the pharmacy from the 2 Pharmacists (Jenn and Colleen) as well as the techs. They are very knowledgeable about any med related questions I have also. They go out of their way to interface between the doctor and insurance company to resolve any issues that have risen when med claims have been denied by my insurance. I live 10 miles away and I actually pass by Giant Eagle and CVS pharmacies to buy my meds here because of the friendly service. I'm always greeted by name and a friendly wave. If a med refill prescription is expired they contact the proper doctor to get it renewed without me needing to do anything. I know this is a busy store especially because they have the drivethrough window, but they manage to keep me from having to wait long when I come in to pick up my meds. Very well run pharmacy”
“Excellent selection, assistance, and freshness. I wish it was a little more affordable. I have teenage boys and a limited budget, but sometimes I am able to buy the prepared foods, and they save me time and some money over fast food.”
“It's walgreens so it's pricy but this is a nice store . Always very clean and organized and pretty much always has what I go in for and it's not usually real busy so there is staff available and they are friendly. I'd recommend going here.”

“I do feel that CVS pharmacy does attempt to accommodate most customers but I do sense that they are eager to sell ANY type of medication no matter what. The reason I state this is: When I am at the pharmacy, they just take a phone number and a DOB and do not check identity. That, to me, is essential to make sure that customers are who they say they are It just appears that CVS does not care at all. Even when they had customers sign a name without the use of a pencil. It was sometime ILLEGIBLE and they did not seem to care if your signature was legible or not.”

“I absolutely love this Giant Eagle. I have been going to this Giant Eagle at Moraine Point Plaza for at least 10 years. Ever since they opened however long ago that was. They are always well stocked, the store is always clean, the bakery always has some nice fresh bakery items available on a daily basis. Their buns are second to none. The meat and the seafood have always been fresh. Their milk selection is absolutely amazing. Don't listen to the negative reviews on here it seems more like disgruntle employees more than actual customers. 5 Star Rating”

“I had the best experience yesterday when I left my wallet on the counter of Customer Service. If it wasn't for Kathy Doshik, and Jayne Pagandli at store #1209, and quick thinking, i would have been in terrible trouble. (I hope I spelled their names right). I called the store, and they said that they had my wallet in the safe. I offered a "tip" out of gratitude, but Miss Jayne said it was company policy not to accept any gratuities. Maybe I can ask if these two women would get some kind of bonus for being exceptional at their job. Thank you ladies.....”
