It is nice to have someone as wonderful as Becky working at our local post office. Her friendliness and professionalism makes a simple errand turn into a nice visit every time.

Ignore all reviews older than 3 years ago. YES, there was a huge problem with the old postmaster, Ronnie. We have had several issues with her but she was transferred about 3 years ago. Since then, the regular postmaster is amazing!! Her name is Becky and she has been a wonderful worker. She has called to remind me that our P.O. Box rental is due too many times than I'd like to admit. She's always smiling and welcoming and I actually consider her a friend even though I only see her every month or so. There should be more postmasters like her!! Thank you Sassamansville Post Office.

POSTMASTER "RONNIE" IS HORRIBLE!!!! WE HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS GETTING MAIL, MAIL BEING LATE, HER WRITING ON OUR MAIL, MAIL BEING RETURNED TO SENDER, ETC. SHE HAS HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I'VE CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND SHE FLAT OUT LIED TO ME ABOUT NOT SENDING OUR MAIL BACK BECAUSE I JUST SPOKE WITH ONE OF OUR VENDORS WHO CALLED TO SAY THAT OUR MAIL WAS RETURNED. THIS IS INTERFERING WITH OUR BUSINESS AND IS UNACCEPTABLE. WE HAVE CONTACTED NUMEROUS USPS DEPTS AND EITHER WAS TOLD ITS NOT THEIR JURISTICTION OR NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK AT ALL. WE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WHATSOEVER UNTIL SHE BECAME OUR POSTMASTER. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. WHICH SHE WONT BE BECAUSE THEYRE UNION.
