Does PNC bank have a policy that phones are to not be answered 15 minutes before closing? Is that because it might create an imposition on an employee?I called three times starting about 4:46pm.Your customer care is highly uncaring.

I sat down with Tom Powell not only did he not get done what we needed but had an attitude the entire time. This is probably the worst PNC I’ve been in in awhile. 1.4/10

Great and helpful customer service, nice people. The buildings has a nice waiting area, staff encourages you to have hot tea or coffee while you wait. PNC Bank has a great banking system. I can check all of my accounts online or on the app, which is easy to understand. I switched from Nextier and I couldn't be any more happy with my PNC Bank service!

This bank is nothing but problems. There are so many issues and mix ups. Since most of the old staff is gone, it has really went downhill. I would look elsewhere.
