This is my favorite appointment to make of all the " Adulting appointments" . The staff is exceptionally helpful, they absolutely make you feel special and like you are the only patient when choosing and styling your new glasses.
Dr. Lucchetti is hands down the most personable of all the staff, he clearly sets the culture in that office and it shines through the moment you enter through the doors. Although his staff had completely turned over due to the nature of the past 1.5 years since I had been to the office; they way they all ebbed and flowed together one would have never known. It's as if they have all worked together since forever. Check em out if you need to have your vision checked, I'm sure they won't disappoint!

I have been going to Dr. Lucchetti for a few years, and I have always had a positive experience. He’s patient in answering my questions and recently saved me in a bind when my new contacts weren’t going to arrive in time for a special occasion due to shipping delays. Highly recommend!

I went to look for frames today and they had so many great options and the girls there were super nice, friendly and helpful! Office was very clean and organized. Absolutely would recommend!

I made an appointment for my seven-year-old daughter because her doctor said that she had a little bit of trouble reading the distance letters with one of her eyes and she just wanted to make sure that nothing was wrong. I took her in and they went through the eye test. The eye doctor proceeded to tell me that he was going to prescribe glasses to “help her out at school”. With that, I assumed that she had a vision problem seeing far away . So we order the glasses because he said that we might as well “because they are free” through insurance. I never got a copy of what her prescription was. After we got home from picking up the glasses, I decided to call and ask exactly what my daughters vision was and what the glasses were for. The staff member proceeded to tell me that her vision was good for a seven year old but these glasses might help her read. So basically, I went through all of that and there was nothing wrong with my daughters eyes and we got a pair of glorified reading glasses when she doesn’t even need them. She has no problems seeing up close. I was going there for a possible issue with reading something far away. There apparently was no issue.I feel like the doctor wanted an easy pay out. I really do not appreciate being told to get glasses my daughter doesn’t need, just because. My daughter is still confused as to why she has these glasses. Her teacher moved her seat to the front because of it as well. She is not near or far sighted. I’ve had to explain to the teacher and my daughter that the glasses aren’t needed and her eyes are fine. The whole thing was extremely confusing and ridiculous and I won’t be back for any reason because I feel like this place can’t be trusted.

Dr. Luchetti is the man. I was having a difficult time picking up my glasses due a medical issue and Dr. Luccjetti brought them to me. He frequents the restaurant where I work and once when he ordered takeout he asked me if I would like him to bring them when he picked up his order. Never have I had such a kind gesture from someone with "doctor" in front of their name.

I had an eye infection which progressively got worse and by late on a Friday I thought I best do something about it before an upcoming work trip the following week. I called and left a message after hours describing my dilemma. To my surprise Dr. Lucchetti responded within an hour or so and we were able to schedule a Saturday appointment. He was great at communicating and was able to see me and provided excellent service and diagnosis of my issue. I left confident that my eye would be better in the prescribed interval. Very happy with Dr. Lucchetti’s above and beyond service!

I really like Dr. Luchetti. The place is clean and they have a great selection of glasses.A couple of the staff members are extremely rude. I was told by someone not to go here for this reason but I went anyway. It took a while but I finally saw what they were talking about.They are very condescending. Why they think they have the right to speak to people like that is beyond me. There are other comparable places with much, much nicer staff.

I had some problems with communication with one of the staff. But Dr Lucehtti resolved the issue..my husband's glasses were very nice.

My family has gone to Lucchetti for many years but after 2 bad experiences with glasses being unusable, an unwillingness to make it right, along with rude staff, we won’t be back.

I’ve been wearing contacts over 35 years, glasses even longer, and have had many varied experiences in eye doctor offices over the years. I have had nothing but exceptional service from Dr. Lucchetti and his staff. Very happy with the contacts he fitted me with, as I am able to drive and then go to doing small, detailed without additional assistance. Great job, I highly recommend their services.

There is absolutely no other place you should have your eye-care done. Dr. Lucchetti and his staff are extremely friendly and outgoing to help you when you need it. I've told many friends about this place and now they're regular patients as well!
