Lenzi Auto Sales made my last vehicle purchase the easiest transaction I've done in aawhile. They were kind, quick and knowledgeable and honestly so long as I live in this area I will only buy and sell with them!! A small drive out of the way but worth it in the value of vehicle/money you save.

Lenzi Auto is by the best place in my opinion to purchase a vehicle! The staff were all accommodating and so polite! They helped ease some of the stress when it came to purchasing my 2019 Kia Sorento! They're thorough and explain everything before you leave! Hands down Lenzi Auto is one of the best places to purchase your next car, on top of that they're customer service is phenomenal!! ?

Most friendly and personable dealership I've ever dealt with. They employ vets, had all the patience in the world, and have that classic small-town/family business feel to their shop. I had an issue with a vehicle I got there, absolutely not their fault at all, and their in-house mechanic spent several hours fixing it just to make me happy. I'm going to turn to them exclusively from here on out.

my parents bought me a 2011 grand jeep cherokee, which had 120,000 miles on it for $12k. first few weeks were fine until i noticed that my temperature light kept coming on. my dad had to put a whole gallon of coolant in it. my passenger rear tire would feel like it was on fire- come to find out that they put the wrong size rotors on. which explains the burning smell. then my tire pressure light would constantly go off when all 4 tires are perfectly fine. i tried to leave for work one day and my car didn’t start, turns out my battery had little to no juice left in it so my boyfriend had to buy me a whole new battery. i recently put oil in my car, and it started kicking itself into neutral and started losing power. my pedal would be on the floor and i would be going 22mph on a 45mph small incline. my parents finally got the chance to get into the shop we trust the most and they found that my car has over 240,000 on it when the dashboard tells me it has over 140,000 now that i’ve driven it. my boyfriend believes they swapped the dashboard. i have a leak in my trans, and my mechanic is worried that it’s leaking into my transfer case. my power steering is also leaking. they told us that they put roughly $3k into this car. i don’t know exactly what now. i DO NOT recommend this place. better off going to cochran or jacks ford

Five stars. They were very accommodating, great customer, service, and reasonable with our request
I don’t think any car dealership give stuff away, they all need to make money to stay in business and buy more cars.
But, Lenzi’s did not rip us off either.
Would buy from here again.

Josiah and Hunter were great! I came out to check out a 19 Jeep Grand Cherokee Srt and they stayed until 8 pm to finalize the paperwork and had a really good conversation in the mean time. The SUV had a small coolant leak and an exhaust issue that they said they would come pick the car up and bring it to get fixed then delivered it back to me! Great service and I highly recommend!

Purchased a 2020 Subaru Sti, first month I just barely drove it cause it just constantly needed the tires filled with air.. a leak that was there from leaving the parking lot to head to work and persisted.. had them look at it and they then patched it again.. mechanic then told me I should look into getting tires as they were getting low tread wise and close to the 2/32 mark.. now mind you I had 200 miles on it since buying it so that’s strike one for me.. later I took the car to Subaru who did a check to verify if it was tuned when it was told to not have a tune present and no tuner present. It was infact tuned and they likely removed the Cobb tuner to hide this. Or they simply don’t know what parts added to a Subaru require it to be tuned ( which likely will effect your warranty ). Strike 2. And the final strike I took the car for its first oil change at 2500 miles cause car said change oil and filter tho they should go 5000. During Subarus safety check they come back and say my pads are 2/32 and rotors need replaced as well.. 2500 miles on a manual transmission car that I rarely touch the brakes and typically slow down on my way to lights dropping down gears while lightly touching brakes lol.. I had a wrx I traded in after owning for 2 years that had the same pads bought with it which were used and still had years left with the way I drive..
Paying over 40k for a sti and needing new tires, pads, rotors in 2500 miles in 6 months is a bit ridiculous.. won’t recommend this dealership & will not buy another car from them.. if your smart avoid this place especially if you want something that just barely passed inspection. New tires and brakes for your customers safety is the normal for a big name dealer but here it’s get it in and send it out.. avoid and save yourself time and money. Not trustworthy

Excellent dealership! No pressure, no games. A pleasure to deal with. Buying a vehicle should be a positive experience (as it was here), not a stressful ordeal. Definitely recommended!

Parking and pull-in/out situation here alone makes me avoid it. Couldnt make it easier to pass up. Owners seem nice enough
