Too thorough on inspection. $1k in repairs to pass but dealership passed with no problems. They seem like nice people though otherwise.

I was on my way home when my power steering cut out and my serpentine belt shredded. I'm new to the area and no one had recommended anything. I saw Ken and Sons had 4.9 stars and that surprised me. Rarely to people review unless service is spectacular.
Well there service and tow were spectacular and I can see how they're rated so highly. Will recommend in the future

I heard of this place from my nephew. The service was exceptional ?? ? It was a great experience from start to finish. I called in asked for same day car inspection and they were very accommodating. I also met my new Besties...the front desk girls. Thank you all again. Definitely see ya next year.

Honest Service
Ken and Sons always does a great job for us! They are very honest in a time that is hard to find honesty in a mechanic. They do great work and their customer service is very helpful and friendly!

2019 diesel truck, owned since new, perfect maintenance. CEL (for NoX sensor and DEF injector) and 2 TPMS sensors. Had my truck 3 weeks and $1600. Got it back with the CEL still on. I asked 3x if they felt confident working on it. Evidently not. On to the next one. They also charge MSRP for OEM parts.....I paid $475 for a $180 injector. I know they need to make a liking too, but Holy Moses.........where did Mike go?
