I opened a small business account with mcsb and input the amount i had been told i needed to satisfy balance requirements. After almost 2 years, i get a notice that my account is empty even though i have not spent any money in the account. I find out that the bank was charging me fees that they did not disclose to me and prevented me from discovering said fees by preventing me from viewing online statements by preventing access to online banking through a variety of ways. The bank refuses to restitute the stolen funds. I suggest you take your business to another bank that wont do everything in their power to steal your money

After 50 years of banking at MCSB I’ll be removing my checking account. I’ve never have kept any sizable amounts here and now the removal of Stoneboro’s ATM I’m done. The blatant disrespect of your employees is beyond unexceptional . One clerk laughs when you call in a legitimate complain and another employee is at Talbots laughing about Stoneboro customers being upset,loud enough for other customers to hear?? Absolute unprofessional and unexceptionable behavior!

Defenietly don't bank here of you have tattoos!Husband,a Marine combat veteran has been discriminated against since day one! They have caused him much stress! Management in Grove City and Harrisville is incompetent and rude. Over 3 weeks still no Debit card! I call,get conflicting information from Brad! They don't follow their own procedure and policy. Save yourself the headache!

Rude tellers. Not consistent with performing job duties. One week they will cash a check and the next they won't. Not worth opening an account here they give you to much crap. HORRIBLE BANK!!

I had a meeting with the SBA loan manager. This particular gentleman probably thought through my situation better than anyone else (in finance) that I've talked to. He took the time to understand and question me in detail to truly appreciate where I'm headed. It was a great experience on many levels...and I am deeply grateful for the time he spent with me and for the professional feedback I received. Thank you.

Great folks but they'll charge you any moment they can. Fees you never knew existed. A bank just like the big ones.
