I have ordered a noodle boiler from them that costs 5000$, well a week later they emailed to issue a refund because they don’t have it in stock. It’s now been a month and we still haven’t received the refund. We will now proceed with legally action from this scamming website.

Ordered patio furniture, waited almost 3 months after several shipping delays then when I inquired as to the status they just emailed me a refund without any discussion. We waited 3mths for a product that never came. Buyer be ware of this website!

I ordered a True under counter refrigerator from them. Two months later, I called back and it was going to take over 5 months to receive from this outfit... I cancelled. I did not keep a record of the call, my bad. They shipped it and want a 35% restocking fee plus freight to return. READ THE FINE PRINT. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Best to shop somewhere else, I have learned my lesson on RestaurantTory.

This may have been a good company at one time, but not now! I ordered a Nuova Simonelli espresso machine from them 6 weeks ago, I never recieved the machine, was strung along only to find out a couple of days ago, I was lied to and sent false shipping notices(Scam Alert!). Phone calls went unanswered, Endless wait times on hold! I have filed a case with the Better Buisness Bureau and am awaiting a call back from the Attorney Generals office as wel as Nuova Simonelli. NS is a great company but they deserve better representation. Please protect your hard earned money, do not use Restaurant Tory.

Had the product I wanted. The price was good. I was able to use *** *** and in this case, *** *** ****** to pay. The product was shipped quickly. The product arrived quickly. The product was and worked as expected, namely PERFECTLY! Restauranttory has always been spot on and I am totally satisfied.

I placed an order (#145009) a few weeks ago and I am missing an item from the first shipment, and still waiting on 4 other items with NO tracking numbers or emails sent to me. Nobody answers the phone and the voice greeting states that the place is closed, even when I call during your normal business hours. On top of that, I got an email from David Masem with a (215) area code that when tapped, automatically enters the (484) phone number for your office. When I dial the number myself, I get some other guy named Aaron or whatever, and his voicemail greeting mentions people calling about hand sanitizer (which is what the email from "David Masem" is about).. Your website was saying that my order was cancelled, until I got a random email from you with a tracking number for the warped pizza stone from the same order (145009) that was delivered the following day. Now the website states that my order is "Shipped", and Everything I type into WincoUS.com shows me NOTHING.. What the hell is going on over there?? Nobody answers the phones at Restauranttory and WincoUS, and one phone number leads me to another when tapped, but then leads me to some other guy hawking hand sanitizer when dialed by myself.

Worst customer service !!! I order a shrimp pro 2000 Machine and you guys sent me wrong one been trying reach you through emails and calls for 3 months and I have not heard anything back. This company is fraud !!!!
