We ordered a custom table. Throughout the process there was not any communication from them regarding the progress of the tables production. It wasn’t until I reached out that we received some news. Upon delivery the table they gave us was not what were ordered. I submitted a customer service form and was told I would be contacted to resolve the issue. I was called twice by someone who told that someone would be contacting me to discuss the issue. I’m still waiting for a call, it’s been weeks. I’ve left a number of messages requesting a call back but have not heard from anyone.
It seems as if they are deliberately avoiding contact in the hope that we will let the issue drop. My advice to anyone who might be considering them is to stay away and work with a business that is responsive to their customers.

Amish family who values money over their customers. We ordered furniture, put down a deposit in good faith, waited 9 months. When poor quality furniture was delivered we refused it and they kept our deposit. We had already donated our old furniture in expectation of our Family Heirloom quality furniture. All seemed great until the shabby furniture was delivered. The we found customer service calls go straight to voice mail. When I spoke with Krista she just talked over top me and wanted us to wait 9 more months for them to try again. Worst experience buying furniture in my life. Praying God will make the crooked places straight.

Gish furniture built a huge warehouse right next to our home, so we get a nice view of their loading dock and parking lot from our front porch:(. We were told when the warehouse was going up that the owners would have trees put up between our properties so it wasnt such an eye sore, but that has yet to happen. Also, i have tried repeatedly to contact someone from corprate about this, left several messages, with no response. I am being ignored intentionally. I have never purchased anything from this furniture company, and after this ordeal, i dont think i ever will.Christine

Ordered bedroom set spring of 2020 was delivered January of 2021 with all wrong hardware The replacement set arrived in July of 2021 minus one of the nightstands We have yet to receive a delivery date or a return phone call as to when or where the missing nightstand is expects to arrive

Stopped in looking for a dining room table and was pleasantly.........over the top surprised! Great selection. Our designer, Shari, was knowledgeable and helped us create a room we will enjoy for many years to come.
