“I recently stopped in to return an item. The young man at the counter was friendly . He asked if there was anything else I needed today and when I told him what I was working on, he walked around with me looking at different options I could use for my project. He was very knowledgeable of the materials I was working with. I was nice to actually go to a hardware store and have a person ring up the sale instead of being forced to a self check out!”
