This was my 2nd time in there for a haircut. It is by far one of the worst cuts I have ever had in my life. I wanted a drastic change. Which a long bob should have been simple. It is not a long bob. Its definitely not shoulder length. It so about 3 inches above that. I don't understand why it is so layered. The only way to style is to do beach waves (which i hate)because it's done so horribly. I showed the girl pictures of what I was looking for. It is nothing like any of them... I cannot even put it up so I can hide it. I am very upset about my service. No I will not be returning.Services: Haircut

I was able to get a last minute pedicure this evening with Katie and she was wonderful! Every time I am at Shear Innocence is a great experience, but Katie was very personable and so sweet and did a GREAT job! 10/10 ?

Got my hair curled for a photoshoot and had such a great experience at the salon! The owner did my hair, very knowledgeable, kind, funny and I truly enjoyed myself! I'll be back for nails and a pedi! ?

McKayla to the rescue! I came in needing three (very fast, as I had overbooked myself) haircuts. She did so, but the results were still amazing! Thank you SO much for saving our day, McKayla! Side note, we have been here quite a few other times, also, and it is wonderful service each time.
