“There is a REASON this ups has a 4.7 and all the other stores struggle to get above 3 stars. Viraj (the store manager) is one of the nicest kindest people I have met in my entire life. Every time you walk in he smiles and says hello and treats every customer with respect and kindness. Best of all, he gets people in and out and if someone is having an issue with an order, he’ll have someone help them on the side so he can keep the line moving. I’ve never waited more than 2 minutes in line - I normally hate going to drop off packages but the people at this store are so nice it actually brightens my day! Cannot say enough good things!”

Everything was custom built and fitted perfectly for minimal movement in transit. The thing actually turned on when plugged in which I did not expect at all. Bubble wrap and packing was very generous and well done. Highly recommend.”

“I was in a rush to get a large format printout and went to the Collegeville store expecting to be able to quickly do it myself. Pat (manager) and Ryan (staff) helped me immensely through the process offering great advise on how best to prepare the materials.
When I was ready to print though, I couldn't do it myself. Pat said they could do so but they had a couple of jobs ahead of mine. Unfortunately, I had to be somewhere with the materials within the hour.
Pat was incredibly generous and dropped what he was doing to print my work. He was finished in about 20 min and I was off to my appointment. My apologies if someone's scheduled work was impacted, but I wanted to recognize the team for their helpfulness and flexibility.
My appointment went very well and the printout was very well received, primarily because of the work of Pat and Ryan.

“I trust The Packaging Store 100% to handle large to small priceless works of art, shipping internationally.I purchased a large delicate canvas with non-traditional volume and texture at auction. Seamlessly, they picked it up from the auction house, packaged it, crated it, and shipped to Canada without damage or shipping issues.There was a bit of a holdup at the border, but The Packaging Store went above and beyond to take control of the situation by switching commercial carriers to ensure safe, timely, and proper handling, along with broker administration and payment.In terms of packaging, they did an absolutely incredible job, from building multi-layers of reinforced cardboard and tailored foam shell down to the frame, to the crate, and to the specifically built pallet, along with instructive labels posted on all sides.I had a professional art handler assist in hanging the piece and he was very impressed by the packaging.A big thank you to all involved!”
