Deplorable service. Zero professionalism nor any sense of humanity. Unknowledgeable and they don't even bother giving information about new meds.Avoid at all costs. Pay the extra $1 and support your local pharmacy. They pay their employees better which is probably why this staff is this way.

I have been coming to Walmart Saint Clair pharmacy for months and today is the last time. Medication I take is considered a controlled substance, and every time I come here, ALL but one of the workers makes me feel like some low-life drug addict. The pharmacist today was very rude when telling me my insurance was claiming they weren't my primary, and when I asked how much to pay out of pocket, she was very quick to tell me Walmart policy stating I could not. Not sure to the truth of that, but nonetheless the attitude I get from everyone for a medication I need is appalling. Switching indefinitely.

Jeff the pharmacist is an absolute legend. I was on a road trip and was 5 hours away from home when I realized I forgot my extremely necessary anti anxiety medication. I was panicking because I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get an emergency refill since I was in a different state. Jeff understood my situation and called my pharmacy back home to get the prescription transferred. My insurance wouldn’t cover it so he gave it to me at an extremely affordable price. My road trip would have been an absolute nightmare if I wasn’t able to get my medication, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you jeff.

Pharmacy has a quality control problem. Twice I in the past 2 months I received a script of medication that definitely did not do it's intended purpose. With my condition I know within 24 hours if the medication is working or not. The pharmacy told me that the pills were fine because there was no recall on them. They refused to reissue a new script and take back the bad ones, but instead made me pay for a new refill.

I came to pick up my prescription using the curbside service, like I always have in the past. This time, I parked in the reserved spot and called the number on the sign. The phone rang and rang. I called back 5 times and left it ring for at least 2 minutes each time. On the 6th try, someone finally answered. I told her that I was there to pick up my prescription and she responded with "well, you're going to be waiting a while cuz I am the only one here". She offers no solution at all and there is silence. I ask again if there is any way because I need this medication today. She again has no answer. What?? I have my two kids with me (ages 1 and 4) that I would rather not drag through the rain to go in to the store. I don't know why they offer this service if they aren't able to have enough staff to run it. I find this unacceptable and wouldn't recommend this service to anyone unless they have nowhere to be that day.

Ordered a cake a week and a half ago for my son's birthday today and when I went to pick up was told it was half done and that because of short staff it would not be the cake I ordered and that someone who doesn't decorate cakes would try to write on it. Now I have no cake for today...very VERY unprofessional!!!! Never will order with wal mart again will stick to weis.

Every time I come here the lady at the register is having full blown conversations with customers. I understand it’s nice to be friendly but keep it short and sweet when there’s a line
