Huge shout out to Dodie Fetterolf. It was extremely busy an she gave us the best customer service ever. She upgraded 3 of our phones. Answered every question an got everything transferred over for each phone. Even took the time to rehook up the samsung watch to the new phone. Being 10+ years with verizon we will always go to St. Clair an see Dodie.

Ive been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and working with Dodie was the best customer service I've ever experienced with Verizon. She was knowledgeable and patient. She explained things as she did it and was simply a joy to talk to. She made me feel like I was part of a community and not just a customer. Thank you Dodie for the great service!

Dodie is the best! Set me up with my new phone within 30 minutes, so quick and easy. Dodie knows her job well and is very easy to have a conversation with. I will not be going anywhere else. 10/10 customer service.

I always have an excellent customer service experience with Dodie. She is so kind and sweet and easy to talk with. She is very experienced and answers all of my questions very quickly. I have been a Verizon customer for some time now including my business, and I always make sure to stop in to see her if I'm having any issues or in need of anything. I've been a loyal customer of TCC Wireless in Saint Clair, PA for years, and their service has always been exceptional. The staff is consistently friendly and professional, ensuring that all my needs are met promptly and efficiently. I have never encountered any issues with their service. Absolutely the best Verizon store around. Dodie is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patience. She went way above and beyond to get us what we need and helped us transfer what was a disaster phone to our knew one. She wouldn't give up until she got it. Highly recommend her to everyone.

Called customer service multiple times and they could not find my account or help me. Contacted Dodie Fetterolf who opened the account roughly 6 years ago and she gave me the account # and phone # to get corrected. I wish she was on the end of every CS call. Thank you for your fantastic service!

Came in with a broken phone in need of repair and the sales person I spoke with tried like hell to get me to buy a new $1100 phone instead of repairing. He was pulling out all kinds of sale tricks even went as far as to tell me they wipe the memory off of phones when they replace the screens. And that I couldnt go buy a $50 junk phone and hook my number up to it until my broken phone was fixed. Last time I was in there, they tried similarly to upsell me on everything possible. Instead of listening to what I actually wanted, they just push the products that make them the most commission. Which I understand but when you start being deceitful for money you loose my respect and business. I'll now be purchasing my devices elsewhere.
