Dodie is the best! Set me up with my new phone within 30 minutes, so quick and easy. Dodie knows her job well and is very easy to have a conversation with. I will not be going anywhere else. 10/10 customer service.

Absolutely the best Verizon store around. Dodie is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patience. She went way above and beyond to get us what we need and helped us transfer what was a disaster phone to our knew one. She wouldn't give up until she got it. Highly recommend her to everyone.
