Use DHL, at least your package will be delivered to your house and not some shady corner store. Package sent back to DC regardless of signature release. Now they're saying Monday. UPS used to be the best, now they're a joke.

The Represenative at this location was very helpful in getting my Amazon order processed and returned. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location. I don't recall her name but through our conversation she mentioned she was from Poland

The new owners are unreliable. Take your business to fedex! I would rather support a business that has high values. They claim to be a small business ran by members of the community when thats simply not true. They treat their employees very poorly and their customers as well. Will NOT be returning. I choose to support REAL small businesses.
