My husband and I were traveling from New York to South Carolina. The car started shaking and we had no idea what was going on. We searched for auto repair shops near me and Tom’s Garage popped up. I called and explained the situation and asked if they could stay open for us on a Friday night at 5:30, they did! They were able to diagnose the problem of loose lug nuts on the drivers side wheel. Had we not stopped things could have been extremely ugly. So thank you!!!!!

As a woman who knows nothing about car engines I am very happy to have found Tom's garage. Unknown to me, the garage I have been using for 5 years was sold. The new owner gave me an exorbitant estimate to fix the oil leak and mentioned several things that that were not covered by the estimate, Including that my engine might be ruined. My brother took it to Tom's and 3 days later my car is running great and they charged a fair price. 2007 Toyota Highlander with 130,000 miles. ?❤️

Long time family operated garage. Does honest work. Anything that wasn't quite right was taken care of with great satisfaction. They'll give you an honest answer as to what needs to be done to keep your vehicle operating properly.

Family run operation. If you are looking for a clean, well organized service center you are definitely not looking for Tom's. Reviews are mixed but some people are put off by down to earth types with no pretentious air. Salt of the earth type of people.

Eight months ago Tom put a "new compressor" in my car, charged me $600 and now I need another new compressor. He isn't taking any responsibility, won't do anything about it. I've been ripped off and will never go back to him.
