They did incredible work on my van! They were recommended to me by a coworker who has taken around 13 vehicles to them. (Shout out to Ryan.) I was on the highway and my passenger tire broke loose and caused a ton of damage! (Thankfully I didn't hit anyone or anything else, and insurance covered everything). It did take a while to get everything repaired due to the extent of the damage and their body guy being on vacation, but they did a wonderful job. She runs just like before and you couldn't even tell she had over 4 grand of repairs made! Thank you!

I had rust on the top lip of the windshield surround. Safe lite wouldn't touch it after ripping off the weather stripping and seeing this. Having a zero dollar deductible I was mortified that they wouldn't replace the windshield. I knew the best place to fix this was Penn Glass and Fender, so I made my way to the shop and stopped to get gas in nasty glo, and noticed George's collision center and though to my self, guess I should stop and get a quote before I go to northern Cambria. What a joke, they told me it would be between $300-$400 to fix the rust issue and then they would call safelite to come out and replace the windshield. I laughed and then I was on my way to Penn Glass and Fender. In one day of having my vehicle, my windshield was replaced (I have a zero dollar deductible) and the minimal rust issue was corrected for under $30.. thank you Mary and the team at Penn Glass and Fender!

I am very disappointed in this local shop. I expected more from a small business. especially in a little town like ours. I reached out to Penn Glass & Fender around November 2022.regarding an insurance claim due to hitting a deer. the customer service was wonderful in the BEGGING. but then everything went downhill. my insurance agent and I was lied to several times. the owner himself tried to cheat me out of money that had already been paid by the insurance company. then once the car was picked up there was damage that wasn't repaired. that was supposed to have been already completed. and was already paid out by the insurance company. due to all the questions that were raised regarding this claim. I had to take my car to another shop to have it reevaluated. overall, this situation with Penn & Glass and Fender was absolutely TERRIBLE. I would not recommend anyone trust them with your vehicle. I will be reaching out to the BBB regarding this unfortunate situation with this shop.
