Very impressed with this store. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to help my sister when her husband passed away. Compassionate and knowledgeable. To go to the store us an enjoyable experience. You’ll all the things you didn’t know you needed.

Great store and staff. I really don't care for Husqvarna mowers. But they had a great deal on this. They answered all my questions easily. Drove 2 hours to get there. We bought our camper at the Fame RV next door. These people know how to treat customers right. And thank you for being Veteran friendly.

Incredible service and very friendly people . . . I stopped in because I have a new used lawnmower that I bought from a neighbor last year, and he told me it was serviced here before I bought it. It's a very nice lawnmower. Well, unfortunately, as I was mowing grass this Spring, I had a part break off the mower deck. I went to Saegertown Hardware's service department with broken part in hand and a few photos, and they knew exactly how to fix me up. Unfortunately, the part was not in stock, and had to be ordered, but they said they would get it in for me. Also, they printed up a diagram of the part and other related parts, so I know exactly how to fix it when the new part arrives. The people behind the counter were just so professional, helpful, and courteous, which is not always the case these days. I also shopped around for a few other pieces of hardware that I needed, and they had what I needed in stock. Great experience, highly recommend . . . Cheers!

Recently purchase a new Husqvarna chainsaw, great saw. Justin is very knowledgeable and polite. He is a pleasure to do business with. We enjoy shopping there every chance we get, the prices are often better than the big box stores.

Dropped of a 10 year old echo leaf blower that was a hard start. I had just installed a new plug and carb myself, but couldn’t get it to run well. Took it in for repairs and a little over two weeks later they call and said it’s done and I can come get it. I get there and the repair cost was $262! That’s right $262! That is $12 more than I paid for the unit when it was brand new. No one called to ask if that was ok, or gave me a price before the repair. They just did it and didn’t ask. Who in their right mind would repair a 10 year old blower when I could have got a new one for the same price. They are just ripping people off because the can. The manager was “too busy” to come talk to me. I would never recommend them unless you get a written quote up front and know exactly what you are getting into or they will charge you well above what any decent dealership would. I have half a mind to call the BBB and see if they are doing this to others. I see there is another post on here that is the same story. Shame on you!

The short version...First and last purchase from this place is a riding mower with factory issues they knew about when it was delivered. Now after several phone calls to them then finally just stopping to see what to do about the warranty issue and me taking back the mower then them loading back on my trailer to bring it home it still has the same issues. Now after many phone calls to them and them telling me they will call me back it’s still sitting inside the shed waiting for them to call me back and make things right.
