“I wouldn’t go anywhere except Custom Auto Body to get our vehicles worked on. They have fixed major damage on one of my son’s car that was damaged from a monster buck and another sons’s brand new car that was kind of t-boned from another driver not paying attention. This time it was on my own vehicle that I purchased brand new back in 2013. I didn’t have any dents or even scratches in this and to be in an accident made me sick to my stomach. I was greeted by a nice man that assured me that it would be fine, I will never even know it happened. I got the car back four days sooner than expected. I was so pleased with the work. He was right. It looked brand new again! Not only was the damage gone, but I couldn’t even tell anything ever happened. Not only did everything line up perfectly but the metallic paint matched perfectly with the rest of the car. The car was detailed inside and out. It hasn’t looked this good in years. Thank you Custom Auto Body for another job well done.”

“I brought my car for an estimate, the people who are working there are all very friendly. The front bumper of my car was hit off in an car accident. The lady who was doing the estimate checked my broken bumper carefully and told me some of the parts still useable to save to my cost of repair. The collision caused my fender being distorted and blocked my driver's side door. Without me asking for it, the shop took an initiative to push the fender back to the position without any charge. Now my door can open and close freely. Thank you, D&R for your exceptional customer service.”

“Having grown up working in my dad’s auto shop that provided collision and mechanical service, I am often frustrated by shops that do not value the customer and try to mislead you to get extra sales and/or have employees that are uninterested in you as a customer and, worse, are just plain rude.As a first time customer, I found doing business with Miller Tire was a great positive experience and worth the drive to Saxonburg!Very well run shop!Excellent service.Fair/reasonable market prices.Excellent inventory (not what you would expect for small country shop).Professional, friendly staff - office & shop alike.Personal touch of family run business.I was looking for nice alloy wheels and tire combos for a boat trailer. Unlike many other shops, Miller Tire had several spoke wheel options in stock! They went out of their way to show me what they had in inventory, provide valuable input, and assembled exact what I was looking for.While there, they also fixed my F-150 tire pressure sensors. At the time of writing this review, it is mid-August. I had one sensor replaced in January at Goodyear. By May, another one was dead but Goodyear had neglected to read them and advise me. Miller read all 4 and found I had a third that was about ready to die so I got both taken care of, thus saving me the time and hassle of having to get yet another changed in a couple of months.Denise and her daughter, the owners, even befriended my dog and gave her treats. Points in my book!I’ll be a future customer.”
“This store deserves 5 stars. I stopped in last week because my car battery was pretty much dead (running only because it was jumped). They were quickly able to determine that they had my car battery type in stock. I purchased a new battery. Then they had me pull in front of the store where they installed it for me (which is a good place to pull up in general if your battery is on its last leg and you need an install). I didn't need to make an appointment. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely come here again.”
“I phoned many auto repair shops and they were all back logged for months, but not Dewey's. So you would think, oh, he must not be good if he can get me in. This could not be further from the truth. “Great Experience from start to finish, went in for an auto claim. (bumper replacement) Whilst I did have to wait about a week for a replacement part for my bumper to come in they were extremely patient and professional with my calls to check in on the progress of repairs.Upon getting my car back it looks brand new, even seems the staff took it upon themselves to detail the inside of my car after completing their work, all around professionals. Would recommend to anyone for reliable service!”

“I went for new wiper blades, Dan was amazing. He looked what blades I needed and came out to install them. It was snowing and very cold, but he was more then happy to do it. The wiper on the back gave him some issues and the arm broke off. Without hesitation, he said he would order me a new one. He even came to my house to install it. I can't thank him enough. Now that's what you call great customer service.”
