Management is a nightmare. Do not go here for anything verizon or phone related. Staff were incredibly rude to my girlfriend and then refused to help. We had to call verizon corporate to get any help with a simple sim swap. Staff are getting reported to corporate for their awful behavior. We are seeing it through that they lose their jobs.

Went in to purchase a new phone after my iphone stopped working. It was insured by Asurion (verizon protect ). I wanted to replace my phone and not upgrade. I left confused and realized that my bill was even more per month. I went back to return my phone explaining that this is exactly what I did not want, just an even exchange. I have still not received a refund and it has been ten days and 3 calls with customer service. I am out thousands waiting for a refund from both companies.

I went into the store on a Saturday morning to get 2 new iphones and switch from T-Mobile to Verizon.On Monday morning the new phones were still not working and I called Verizon. Verizon said that the store had not entered our accounts yet into the system and I had to go back to the store to get the issue resolved.I went back to the store and Marcie blamed Verizon but it was their fault if they had not entered the accounts yet into the system. Spent another hour and a half with her trying to fix my account and my phones. She put my line on a business esim on the phone and said that was correct. When I got home I still could not text correctly and found out that my voicemail was not working.I called Verizon tech support to get the phone reset again and fixed properly because Marcie did not fix anything on the phones and sent me out of the store with phones that still did not work.I spent another couple hours on the phone with Verizon Tech Support to fix what she did and get the phones working properly.I spent a good 8 hours getting my account and these phones fixed after what this store did.Update:Expected canned response from a business that treats customers as bad as you do...

Horrible experience trying to fix the service on my cell phone. I think they hired a bunch of ex-bouncers who just try to intimidate you, rather than help you fix any problems. Treated like garbage in this wanna be apple atmosphere

I’ve been back and forth from this Verizon store 5 times in about 10 days with an iPhone that won’t read SIM cards or an eSIM. While it’s been a frustrating process, the team here have gone above and beyond to find me solutions. Chamar, Kiersten and Hector were all great to work with, and their managers were also helpful. Thanks for helping remedy this situation.

My wife and I switched our service from AT&T to Verizon at this location. We worked with Keirsten who was awesome. The whole staff was friendly and helpful too.

The staff is okay, but can't/don't do what you think they can. I needed to change a password and they can't assist with things like that as it involves personal information. I was referred to Best Buy.

Well I ordered an Apple Watch and I went to go pick it up. I tired opening the door but wasn’t able to get in. But saw a person helping another person. I knocked on the door and was given no assistance but instead was just given a hand gesture of a 5 and a 1 from the back of the store with a customer in front of what I am guessing was an employee. So I googled the time they closed. They closed at 6pm even though every other Verizon store closes at 9pm. All I wanted was to pick up my Apple Watch and it was 6pm on the dot. So therefore went to my car and cancelled my order for pick up and will be changing my phone plan because I have never dealt with such a rude person and I work in retail. This wasn’t even my home store my home store is in Phoenixville which they close at 9 but this is where the color watch I wanted was. Never again.
