First class service and a great customer service attitude. Worth the trip from Phoenixville for their positive approach to my needs. They do take Styrofoam, peanuts, and bubble wrap for recycling!

The lost new iMac 27 inch system, which they packed for shipping by USPS.
It can not be tracked or traced.
Was it lost?
The cost is more than $2k.
They are putting it on UPS. UPS corporate says, they never got the package.
We paid $78 for packing to shipe to our daughter.
The store people do not care to respond.

Consistently fantastic customer service! I've shipped expensive/ fragile electronic equipment on multiple occasions- they always do a great job and allow me to rest assured that everything will arrive safely.

Normally I have no problem with this store but this time I was lectured about my Amazon return (in original packaging but missing the envelope it came in. I was told to bring it in a bag or box next time.
Not sure if I need to explain to the ups store the same info I relayed to Amazon. In original packaging yes - never used yes - in the envelope it’s shipped no.
Will return to Amazon via kohls or ups store in Trappe next time to avoid misinformation or lecture

THIS PLACE IS SCAMMING PEOPLE BY UPCHARGING THEM ON PACKING MATERIAL.I recently went in there with a 14" tall vase by 7" diameter on 01/13/2024 for them to pack and ship. They quoted me 32.xx for JUST THE PACKING MATERIAL, stating they needed a 19"x19"x19" box to pack the item, a policy of 4" packing material when UPS guidelines are "Fragile articles need separation from each other, and from the corners, sides, top, and bottom of the box. Each item should be surrounded by at least two inches (5.08 cm) of cushioning and be placed at least two inches (5.08 cm) away from the walls of the box." When I questioned their packaging practices and the need for such a large box, they suggested I leave and pack it myself. When I asked for a copy of the original printed, they had originally sat on the counter. When I asked for a signature, they quickly grabbed it and refused to provide it after I decided that I would be following up with UPS about their shipping practices. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, particularly the middle-aged Middle Eastern woman there on 01/13/2024 at 3:20 pm EST. I will launch an investigation with UPS about them and torching them in this review.

Use another UPS store if you can. They incorrectly quote you delivery times and prices. Inconsistent with actual results and then deny doing so after the fact. Do not offer any customer service or compensation for mistakes made on their end. Reporting to corporate.

Dropped off a UPS pre-paid labeled package, the woman weighed the package, printed the receipt, handed the receipt to me and placed the package behind the counter......and that's the last time the package was ever seen........Mmmm, it was never scanned when the UPS driver made a pick-up which tells me the package never left this store but no one can find this package. If you want to go crazy just drop off a package to a UPS store and have them lose it and then place a 'lost' item claim through UPS and I guarantee you will be pulling out your hair and banging your head against the wall. I will never ship another package through UPS and specifically I will never utilize this UPS store again.Notice I said I dropped off the package which means "I AM THE SENDER".
