Target's customer service staff members are dedicated to giving shoppers the best experience possible. I've received their assistance four times in the last few months and have been highly satisfied every time.

This Target by far has two of the best employees around. I usually only leave reviews when places of business really piss me off. However these two people in this store REALLY deserve praise. Aubrey (if I remember his name correctly) who works in Toys, and the young lady manager with lots of tattoos who works nights. Hats off to you two and thank you for being helpful and NICE!

As others have notes, the new self checkout policy is frustrating. I should not be punished for buying 11 items at a time.
As a result, I enjoy go there when I happen to be nearby and need 1 or 2 specific things.
On the bright side, it has really helped me reduce spending.

The new self-checkout policy is ridiculous I'm being harassed to go to the regular checkout line .. one of the employees seemed slightly offended that I declined to move to a line. I only had 5 items inside my basket. Also, it was only one person in front of me I don’t understand why they make going to self-checkout a big deal

I just left this target and had a terrible experience with the person working in the fitting room. She has a bad attitude and was very rude when I returned the clothes I did not want to keep. If you do not like your job get a new one! I returned all my clothes on the hangers and was placing them on the rack when she snapped on my sister and I about being in the same room. We politely told her that we were in separate rooms at first then when my sister was done she returned her clothes and came into mine. She told me she already sorted the rack that I went to place my clothes on and demanded me to hand them to her. So I did. Her hands were full and I had a few more items so I placed them on the table and she goes “OH THOSE TOO?!?”. I choose to walk away from her. Does target not want customers to ensure their clothes fit properly?! Also what if I wasn’t feeling body confident and her attitude about me not selecting clothes made me feel worse about myself?! She should not be in the clothing department with that piss poor attitude towards customers at all. Mind you she was very nice to the obviously white customers and DID NOT say ANYTHING TO THEM. Who also were in the same fitting rooms. Matter of fact she offered if they needed help. Someone should talk to her about the way she interacts with customers in general & if she felt overwhelmed she should’ve asked for help. Do not take it out on customers who weren’t even being rude to her. If I could give zero stars I would.

Store is too confusing.Can't find anything when you look on their website The stuff is not where they say it is and on top of that, they put the groceries all the way in the back.So you have to walk all the way to the back. I work for DoorDash.And I don't want to shop in target because it wastes my time

Some lady was assigning people to checkouts like a drug addict and made me extremely uncomfortable. She manually closed all the self checkouts with signs even tho the lights were green. Last time i come to target..what is going on.

There were like no cashiers because some older lady who works there just closed the aisles down idfk and then got mad at us when all we could do is use the self checkout because "we had more then ten items". Like what'd u want us to do ? she then proceeded to make LOUD comments about us to another employee like girl I can literally hear you . Anyways , next time don't be so loud and RUDE when talking about customers who have done nothing but support the store thankssss!
