Went there to close my account gust got in the door and the lady behind the desk said ,you can't park there it's not a parking space now this is the royersford bank I thought she was rude so I said I'm here to close my account ill never park there again very rude person, never bank there again.

I closed all my accounts. Well, I tried to close 1 and was told the owner had to close the account. I am the owner. They said, no, Frankie is the owner. I asked if Frankie's paw stamp would be sufficient since he's a dog w/o opposable thumbs so he can't use a pen. Somehow when I closed one of my other accounts, someone put the pet account's pet name as the owner of all my accounts. This was a few years ago so hopefully they have updated their procedures so no one else's pet gets hit w a 1099-int with the owners social security number. It's funny talking about it now. At the time... annoying but fixable. Still, scary how easy it is to change an account's owner without the owner's knowledge.

You would think being a customer of a local credit union for over 10 years would count for something. Apparently at the end of the day, you’re atoll just a number to them and all they see is $$. Completely disappointed in their behavior and lack of empathy. No point in joining a credit union if they are just as cold and uncaring as the big banks.

I have been with superior credit union since 2013. I have had no complaints they are always so nice when i call or go inside the bank. But with this recent system update I am not happy with how it was handled. Friday night I noticed my online banking app was acting funny and I didn’t get an email/call/letter. Nothing! That there was going to be some sort of update. When I went on their website it said from 1/30-2/2 there would be limited access. I haven’t been able to transfer money from my Venmo, attach it to use my Apple Pay, can’t call the location to get ahold of anyone or know exactly what is in my account and if I would have known sooner I would have taken my money out or at least better prepared myself for this. So I understand there are updates that need to be done but there needs to be better preparation. This was a little disheartening and I’m disappointed

Love Carlyn and the office at Royersford! Good old hometown bank where they actually know your name and say Hi! and ask about your family etc. when you visit.

I haven’t had any problems with Superior Credit Union. Everyone is courteous. Making transfers over the phone are a breeze. Their app is also easy to use. Recently I have closed a longtime account with another local credit union because service has gone downhill. I’m sticking with these guys.

Love the small town feel. I had nothing but bad experiences at traditional banks 4 of them to be exact. Not one problem in over two years. So happy we decided to make the change.

SCU is conveniently located in town for us. They have always been professional, courteous and pleasant to us. Very helpful with providing info on refinancing my truck loan, which will save me thousands of dollars of money. I didnt even have to ask, they just suggested a more appropriate way to re-finance. Im very happy with all of their staff, including the "floater tellers". My other credit union missed automatic deductions to pay on my loans, even when I asked the lady to be sure that my loan was paid on time. It was missed and I was told that its my responsibility to be sure that the deductions are withdrawn. I have a feeling that it was a way to keep my finance charges on the higher side. I understand that its my responsibility, but when it was arranged to be deducted on a certain day, why wasnt it??? I asked them not to put my accounts online due to security issues I was having on my internet access. That was never done!! SCU made my life much easier, they respected my wishes and kept my account secure and offline; Very good job SCU!! Very professional and courteous! Family oriented; Thanku SCU!!! Suze
