Broke down on the I 76 expressway on my way to work at ship yard they save me out of a jam called at 5 am and they there little over a hour very happy towed it to my house in spring city great job driver, thanks again

I got stuck on east 422 highway on the exit of royersford , the company responded so fast I had a bmw m5 towed and the guy I forgot his name , he was so nice so friendly god bless him that he was able to come in time and brought me all the way to philly , I highly recommend their service

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Superior Automotive’s 24-hour towing service that left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company, as their pricing practices and overall conduct can only be described as dishonest and unethical.When I contacted Superior Automotive for their towing service, I was initially given a price estimate over the phone. However, upon completion of the service, I was shocked to discover that the final bill was significantly higher than what was originally quoted. This discrepancy was not due to any unforeseen circumstances or additional services provided; it was simply a case of deliberate overcharging.It became apparent that Superior Automotive had intentionally misled me regarding the pricing, leaving me feeling like a victim of their deceptive tactics. It is completely unacceptable to engage in such dishonest practices, and it is clear that they have no regard for the trust and satisfaction of their customers.Furthermore, the entire experience with Superior Automotive left me questioning their integrity. The conduct of their staff can only be described as that of thieves and scammers. The lack of transparency and blatant disregard for ethical business practices is deeply concerning and should be a warning to anyone considering using their services.I strongly advise others to seek alternatives and avoid Superior Automotive at all costs. There are reputable and honest companies in the industry that prioritize fair pricing and customer satisfaction. It is crucial to support businesses that value integrity and treat their customers with respect.In conclusion, my encounter with Superior Automotive’s 24-hour towing service was nothing short of a nightmare. Their deceptive pricing, coupled with an overall lack of integrity, has left me deeply dissatisfied. I hope that others take this review seriously and avoid falling victim to the unscrupulous practices of Superior Automotive.

My husband is an owner operator so we choose to take our tractor here, not because of pricing because they can be more expensive than the dealer but because of turn around time from drop off to pick up which in our prior experience was faster than the dealer and that matters when you are an owner operator because if the wheels ain't turning, you ain't making money as they say. BUT this last experience was horrible! First thing.....We dropped the tractor off on a Monday to get an inspection and also because of an ACB code and a Transmission fault code, NOT a check engine light which had been on for almost a year and this place have worked on the vehicle two or three times prior to this with the check engine light on. Second.....after calling serval times FINALLY he was told around Thursday that they reset the codes and they did not come back on. They further told him that his check engine light was on due to some cables which were causing his antifreeze to leak and that is why the check engine light was on and that to pass inspection it needed to be fixed, so we said okay. Now we were at the following Monday and we are told that the dealer sent the wrong parts and they were try to get the parts and have the truck ready. So FINALLY Tuesday the truck is ready for pick up. BUT when my husband starts the truck the same codes are on! He goes inside and after speaking with the gentlemen he says to my husband that it was miscommunication we thought it was here for an engine light and inspection! Mind you they had already said they cleared those codes and work had to be done for the engine light to come off to pass inspection along with brakes, and air leaks brakes. Why wouldn't they mention the two codes???? (So the truck passed inspection with these codes on???) Then they say they will look at it but the mechanics were gone for the day and if they had to perform a diagnostic they would charge AGAIN for that and also their hourly rate. Not to mention they charged for over 9.5 hours of labor already and the receipt does not break down the hours it just lumped into one. (side note the truck was there for over a week so I'm guessing with those calculations it sat for most of the time). So we decided to take the truck and go elsewhere due to the lack of character on their part to try to mislead us and say it was a communication error and then to charge us again for diagnoses and labor for the diagnoses. Now fast forward to the very next day, the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS NOW BACK ON! OVER $2400 FOR WHAT?? It is truly hard to find an honest repair shop and mechanic so if you have one your are blessed and if you are searching for one I would not recommend this shop.

Rip off artists. Unauthorized tow from scene of accident 1 mile from their shop. They are trying to extort $1,600 out of my insurance company to release the vehicle to insurance company towing company. Insurance agency now investigating/fighting with them for these astronomical rates delaying the repair process. Will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities. This company should be shut down, avoid at all costs

Our tow truck broke down in mamora New Jersey. Called superior to get our truck home. Scott came out and towed it and overcame every obstacle that my truck decided to throw at him. I will never use anyone else when it comes to my truck and will definitely refer any heavy tow calls I get to them from now on

My driver was beyond ahead of the time my insurance had projected which was fantastic. Helped me jump my car and get it onto the trailer, gave me some good advice on what my issue could be and how to resolve it, also had good conversation with me. Overall a great experience and if I need a tow again I’ll be sure to hope for you guys!!

I am so pleased with Superior Towing. I have never had to have a car towed in all my 74 years! My car would not go out of park. Anthony came out bright and early this morning. So pleasant and even though couldn’t put in neutral he was able to get on truck. If I ever need a tow I would definitely call them
