The guy Bartholomew here is the man. Knowledgeable guy. He helped me in a pinch. I had a plumbing issue and needed to get it fixed and get the water back on. He was giving me solutions left and right and I was able to get the job done with his guidance.

This is an excellent store and has a very friendly environment. Everyone is always helpful and greats me the moment I walk in, asking if they can point me in any direction if looking for something specific. Michelle is awesome, she knows where every little thing is and treats everyone like family. A lot of respect to her and i appreciate all she does for our family. Anytime I need something for my home or a project, you know where I’ll be!

My local Ace Hardware always seems to have everything I’m looking for and prices are reasonable

Poor craftsmanship. I had my original car key and went to them with a blank key to cut another one. The locksmith told me that he can’t be held responsible if the key that he cuts doesn’t fit the car. I asked him what are the chances, he said in most case it should work. So I thought that he gave a warning just to keep him safe for any small chances of failure. He cut the key . my bad luck it didn’t fit my car. Locksmith told me that he can’t do anything now as he tried his best. I was charged the labor charge and had to come back. They should stop giving this service if they can’t guarantee a success. They didn’t even have a replacement part for the one they spoiled.
