Zero stars if possible.
Had a script transferred to Royersford
Both pharmacist and hourly attendant were completely awful. I called the other Rite Aid 3x to verify script was transferred properly. Speaker phone on for staff to hear from the other pharmacist.
Waited in store for 75 minutes until filled. Awful experience, worst customer service, and not even busy….just downright did not care….

Great help from associates and rite aid pharmacists and covering staff. They’re very kind and helpful! Also store is immaculate, clean and organized. Clearance items, sales, rewards and coupons are awesome!

i am a long time Rite Aid customer and I really like the pharmacist at this store. But for over a month now they seem to be having phone issues - their phone seems to be out of order. A pharmacy without a working telephone is like a fire department with no fire engine. I am really disappointed as I am going to have to change pharmacies after many years of being a loyal Rite Aid customer.......One day later and still can't reach this store by phone. Busy signal all day long! ...Update October 2, 2023: the pharmacist called me personally to discuss my concerns. They are aware of the phone issue and are trying to resolve it with Verizon. I appreciate this phone call. Rite Aid does care about their customers.

I could write out a three pages letter on just how poorly this place functions but it’s much easier and more concise to say they are “Inept” at best. Numerous lost transfers of prescriptions as well as actually losing a filled script in the store itself, having to return because they failed to properly process payment on another script…etc. stay away. In fact…RUN

I had a great experience at this Rite Aid.Professional staff and helpful .The store looked very clean and was pleasant to shop at and get an immunization.The pharmacist and his assistant were very knowledgeable and very helpful .

Best pharmacy in the area! I drive 20 minutes just to get my prescriptions filled here because the pharmacy staff are wonderful! The store associates are friendly, helpful and professional as well. Thank you!

I love this pharmacy! The people here have been fantastic since I made the switch a few months ago. They always go above and beyond and are so pleasant. My son gets monthly meds and had an issue with prior-Auths at another pharmacy that used to have me calling them and the doctors office rather than communicating together. Not the case here! Thank you all so much for all you do. You all are simply amazing and have helped ease some stressful moments with getting my son's medications.

Terrible customer service. Called for Rx refill one week ago. No text or call that it was filled. Called to see if it was ready two days ago. Went to pick it up today and told, " I did not pick it up in time?" So, sad but must go elsewhere from now on.

I have been a Customer of Rite Aid in Royersford for many years. First went to the one in Spring City. About 40 years ago! The best for me I love Shahbaz the Manager. Peg that works the front of the store. That was about 4 years ago. The Pharmacy always had great Pharmacist like Danielle. Now Michelle and Adrian the Tech. Always kind to me and Prompt service! No complaints. Just compliments the good people have moved on but always awesome ones replace them. Keep up the good work! Thanks
