I had been buying furniture from Raymour and Flanigan for years and unfortunately this will be the end. I bought a sectional from this store years ago and was flat out lied to by the sales woman about what was covered on the insurance policy. Now I have a damaged sofa with no way at all of being repaired because of it. Not to mention that I paid for a protection plan, not covering the one thing I made crystal clear I was buying it for.

I arrived and walked around the store for 20 minutes looking for a chair that would meet my criteria. Several salespeople walked by me, were not engaged with any other customers and never acknowledged me. Noted 2 sales people sitting at a table talking or staring out the windows. Stephanie Rick was helping 2 customers, noted that I was still walking around and asked me if I needed help. I stated that I was looking for a chair and walked on. Stopped at the customer service desk a few minutes, asking questions about the chair I was interested in and commented how no one but Stephanie had made a point to welcome me to the store or asked me if I needed help. After another 10 minutes Stephanie came up to me at the customer service desk and again asked me if I needed help. So I worked with her to purchase a chair, made arrangements to return to pick up my purchase later that day.
That afternoon when I arrived to pick up my chair, every salesperson I passed noted my arrival and said hello.

While looking at furniture we were approached by a female salesperson who began a sales pitch. We explained we were only just looking and were not ready to make a decision. She gave a very haughty "oh" and walked away. My wife and I looked at each other in disbelief and could not understand her behavior, especially when we were very polite.

This store is nice. Staff let's you browse without a lot of sales pressure. Our sales person was Beth. She was very helpful. We bought a nice pole lamp and a lovely, all-wood table. Their stuff is well-made and affordable.
