327 W Ridge Pike A, Royersford“Excellent service, the lady treated me with good disposition, she was very patient with me and was very kind even though I don't speak English, I am very grateful!”

4030 Whitehorse Rd, Devault“Ken, who is the usual person you will run into here, is extremely friendly and extremely professional about his job. It is EXTREMELY rare that he can't get you processed in 2-3 minutes. He's extremely good at what he does. And if he's not busy then I would recommend to say something more than just say "Hello".”
8AM - 4:30PM
1721 Valley Forge Rd, Valley Forge“This was my first time visiting this USPS location, and I just wanted to say a big thank you to Barry and the other girl (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch her name!). Both of you were so helpful, it really made my day! -JT”
“Fast and friendly, no line and parking available right out front during lunch time. I have read reviews of other local post offices that were really negative, this visit was positive and next time I need to visit the post office while in the area I will definitely go here.”

60 Lemon St, Pottstown“I love the lady that works at this location!! Not only does she really smell good, you can smell whatever she's wearing the moment you walk in the door, but she's very pleasant to work with!! She's careful with my packages which is very important as I'm a reseller and usually ship fragile items!!”
8AM - 1PM 2 - 4:30PM
1214 Kimberton Rd, Chester Springs“No offence to the other reviews on this post office but have you ever been to a different post office before? This is a small town post office designed for the volume of visitors a small town receives. They are closed for lunch. The service is great and even when there is a line (never more than 2 ahead of you) they are fast and friendly. Kimberton/Yellow Springs is just as great. I'm thankful for a nearby small town post office.”
“I echo Tom Schaeffer’s thoughts: Very nice people and great customer service. To the knuckle dragger complaining about their "tax dollars at work". The USPS is self sufficient, their revenue is generated from postal fees. They have survived despite congress forcing them to fund 75 years of future pension payments, unheard of in the private sector. It's a national treasure that should be supported with our tax dollars if need be. Both UPS and FedEx have lost my packages in the past and I would love to see either of them deliver a standard envelope across the country, to a rural address, for 51 cents. The lowest rate they have is for a business envelope at $8.90.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
7 N Waterloo Rd, Devon“Employee was so helpful! We dropped off 100 wedding invitations and he glanced at every single envelope to make sure everything looked ok. He was also very friendly and made the exciting moment even more special!”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
1516 Swamp Pike, Gilbertsville“Outstanding customer service from all employees. Each and every one of them goes above and beyond to share information, pricing options, and services on very transaction. Clerks educated me about online options. They get you in and out quickly with multiple clerks at the windows. They work great as a team helping each other all for the good of better service to customers. Service with a smile from everyone.”
9AM - 4:30PM
1310 Egypt Rd, Oaks“This post office has excellent customer service. I used to have a PO Box here over 2 years ago, and somebody recently shipped me a package. I called and spoke to a woman named Judy, and she offered to forward the package to me in my new location. Recently, when dealing with the USPS, I've been disappointed at the red tape I've encountered. This office made it easy for me, and cured my anxieties.”
8AM - 4:30PM
116 Gay St, Phoenixville“The Post office box at my building has a lock that is not working...I had a pkg delivered thurs or Fri last week, I cannot access it, had another pkg delivered this morning, same thing, cannot access. I had something to send, so I took the time to go to the post office location. I took care of my outgoing pkg and then mentioned the issue with accessing my pkgs...so a supervisor came and said to meet him there (I'm just a couple blocks away), and he fixed it!! Well, I was able to get my pkgs, and the lock needs to be replaced, but he's on top of it!!”
“Helped me with purchasing a money order which I’ve never done before which I really appreciated! And wasn’t too crowded for a Saturday which was a nice surprise, too!”
“I'm a West Chester transplant to this PO. Stopped by at lunch on a Tuesday. The location is reasonably convenient to the highway. There was no line and the two women working the counter both seemed friendly. The one who helped me was friendly and helpful. I had to do a written form to put a hold on my mail due to the situation (super not thrilled about that) but overall my positive experience was the opposite recent reviews. Heard it might be 10 months til Airport Rd is reopened. :-(”

600 Oak Dr, Harleysville“I have lived in Harleysville for 19 years and have always found the staff very pleasant ( especially Cindy) .Sometimes there are lines, but due to cutbacks it’s expected . There has been “fill in “ staff occasionally and maybe not as experienced. Cannot believe some of these nasty comments !!!!”

“I went in to send my passport and the southern Asian American working there was absolutely amazing. I generally despise the post office, but she made it an enjoyable experience. I felt confident that my passport would come back on time.”
“I was just at the Royersford post office to send an eBay package. The clerk, Jennifer, was so nice and friendly, and told me how to save ink on labels when sending eBay items.”
