As a long time customer, over 20 yrs!!! I have yet to have a good experience with PNC since covid!!! I am in the Poconos had to go to 3 ATM AND 2 branches!! Over 50 miles!!!! And no PNC ATM has worked. Today it would not tack my cash!! 2&1/2 months without a card pin# AND THEY WERE PIN#'S PNC SENT ME!!!!! LEAVING THIS BANK WITHIN 60 DAYS.
I can no longer take PNC'S encompetence. ANY BRANCH AND TOWN OR COUNTY!!!

The most frustrating experience I’ve EVER had with PNC. In the end, I called the State College,College Avenue branch and spoke with Julia and received more useful information than I received in two days from PNC on Ridge Rd Royersford. Julia provided the epitome of Customer Service. That was my branch before moving to this area six years ago. Think about that! I received better service from a branch I haven’t used in 6 years, than my ‘local’ branch. Now, I understand why the rating is 2.5!

Closed my account without telling after I had money deposited into my account had to send me cashier checks go in to cash them then used some lame excuse that they can’t cash them that it’s in my employers and bit the checks was from Pnc

2 cars in drive through. Waited 8 minutes, didn’t move . Went inside to be greeted by a woman ( why she can’t work the drive thru?) Had to wait inside forAn additional 5 minutes. All to make a deposit!! Uggh

My husband has had an account with PNC for YEARS (since 2006 or even before). A couple weeks ago his card was closed due to fraudulent attempts. He has called and also went to 2 different branches and yet NO ONE HELPS HIM! He tried to withdrawal money from his account at the branch and they said he couldn’t. THEY ARE OF NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!!!!!! Shame we can’t give negative stars!!This is how PNC treats military veterans!!

Every time I come in theis particular branch they always have some type of new rules on how you can deposit & withdraw money all i should need is an account with this bank wich i have i dont need all the other rules and I don't like that they

As everyone else said, different rules for different people, issues cashing checks into your OWN account. After 2.5 hrs of running around to another branch & speaking with corporate, I was told I was correct in the first place & apologized to. But that doesn’t take back the 2.5+ hrs of my time, and the need to drive 15 miles to another PNC branch, only for them to do what I initially asked for from the Royersford branch. I called and spoke with management in Rofo & even they were incorrect. It took calling regional office & other branches to go bat for me to get for me to get the apology and recognition that I was correct. This staff needs TRAINING, and better public relations.
